- Back from the Dead: Apparently happened to Frankie Mashuga, since he is a zombie in Chapter 5.
- Foil: Don and Allegra. Kevin and Allegra.
- Fun T-Shirt: "What the Duck", worn by Allegra in Chapter 3.
- Hidden Villain: We all know Malcolm Landgraab IV is one of the villains, but what exactly caused Bella's first disappearance is still unknown.
- I Just Want to Be Special: Allegra does anything to get attention, like entering through Don's balcony instead of simply knocking on the door.
- Love Triangle: Nothing yet, but it's implied that one will start between Cassandra/Darren/Allegra or Darren/Allegra/Don.
