    R1

Skyquake is killed by either Zeta Prime/Sentinel Prime or Omega Supreme.

  • Word of God confirms that Skyquake died long prior to the exodus from Cybertron. My guess is that he is a victim of Zeta Prime during the assault on Iacon or Omega Supreme when he was unleashed to kill the Decepticons; which explains why Dreadwing stays loyal to Megatron but he does not hold anything against Optimus Prime nor the other Autobots since they are not at fault for what happened to his brother.
    • Jossed! Optimus explains how Skyquake died in Chapter 33. He tried to stop Megatron from poisoning Cybertron's core, but Megatron attacked him and left him for dead. The Autobots tried to save him, but his body was too corrupted by Dark Energon, forcing Ratchet to euthanize him.

Suzaku will start to fully embrace being a "human Decepticon".

  • As of Chapter 29, Megatron has Suzaku firmly under his thumb after blackmailing Suzaku to follow his orders to the letter, regardless of personal misgivings, or Megatron would reveal to Charles that Nunnally and Lelouch were still alive and are in hiding at Ashford Academy. With no choice now but to become The Unfettered, Suzaku will start carrying out orders and crossing boundaries that he would have otherwise protested or outright refused. However, this loss of restrictions soon allow Suzaku to deliver results he had always wished to achieve in order to change Britannia from within. As he moves up in the ranks and potentially sway some higher-ups to adopt more benevolent ideals, Suzaku will see the practicality of only concerning himself with the results, causing him to fully embrace the path and power Megatron had granted him.
    • This in turn causes Suzaku to start transforming into a legitimate threat and powerful enemy to the Autobots and the Black Knights — as stated by Megatron, Suzaku would not have suffered so many losses had it not been for his hesitancy. Now forced to be unchained by his morals, Suzaku will start to actively and effectively suppress and disrupt Autobot and Black Knight resistance.
  • As Suzaku finally begins to yield the results he had longed to achieve, he starts to reaffirm his desire to internally reform Brittania. As revealed by the Cortical Psychic Patch, Suzaku did not truly believe he could change Britannia and simply wished to find (in his mind) a meaningful cause to die for in a shortsighted aim of repentance. Just as Lelouch originally formed the Black Knights for Revenge but eventually started fighting for freedom for its own sake, Suzaku's unwillingly cooperation with the Decepticons will transcend its original inception to him truly embracing that the Utopia Justifies the Means.
    • At this stage, Megatron (who, as of Chapter 29, firmly stated that losing Suzaku, be it by defection or death in battle, would be an overall insignificant loss) will begin to genuinely respect and admire Suzaku's newfound ruthlessness and start to take an actual serious investment in his mentoring of Suzaku. As with Lelouch and Optimus, Megatron begins truly appreciating Suzaku as a protege (to Starscream's great ire) and actually starts to form some level of care for Suzaku.
  • Jossed. Suzaku begins to lose faith in Megatron after having his mind read and discovering how Megatron destroyed Cybertron. This culminates with him outright defecting to the Autobots when he finds out that the SAZ massacre was Megatron's doing and that the Decepticons have captured Euphemia

R1 will end with Megatron killing Charles and taking over Britannia.

  • This will lead to several events.
    • Euphemia, Cornelia, Sukazu and Dreadwing joining the Autobots.
    • Schneizel and Starscream breaking off to complete the Damocles with Cybertronian advancements to dethrone Megatron
    • Marianne trying to scrape together Ragnarok under Unicron's guidance.
  • Confirmed in Chapter 34.

When Optimus Prime has a Geass...

  • It'll be an ability to bring out humanity's and Cybetronians' Inner Will.
  • Or it'll be the power of Hope.
  • Confirmed in Chapter 1 of R2. It's called the Prime Geass of Absolute Conviction.

Megatron will use the Special Administrative Zone of Japan as a way to rally support for the Decepticons.

  • During the SAZ ceremony, Megatron will use such an assembly to his advantage by revealing Lelouch's identity as Zero, as well as footage of Suzaku killing his father (because chances are Suzaku's memories pulled from the Cortical Psychic Patch will probably be saved in Shockwave's computers). He will use it as a way to trick the SAZ into thinking this is a planned slaughter between Lelouch, Suzaku and Euphie. Such revelations will shake the public trust in the Black Knights, the Autobots, and Euphemia, causing much of it to go over to Megatron, the Decepticons, and Schneizel.
    • This will also lead to Cornelia, not believing Megatron in the slightest and wishing to protect Lelouch, Nunnally and Euphie, defecting to the Black Knights and Autobots, taking Darlton and Guilford with her. Nonette will probably follow suit as well, if only to stay by Rai's side. And Dreadwing, beginning to show more loyalty to Euphemia than Megatron, will defect as well.
    • Given that Megatron is aware of Lelouch Geassing him, he'll probably reactivate the order to slaughter the Brittanians at the SAZ.
      • Horrifically confirmed in Chapter 32, where he uses a Pretender disguised as Euphemia to order the slaughter of Elevens as part of a smear campaign against Brittainia.

Megatron will use his Dark Geass on Lelouch.

  • Letting Lelouch experience his greatest fear: him becoming just like Charles, or worse, just like Megatron.
    • He would also see himself either Geassing Optimus to be his servant/slave or to kill himself, and possibly doing the same to Nunnally.
  • Won't that kill him?
    • The author hinted that it may be possible to resuscitate someone after experiencing Megatron's Geass; it's the fear that kills people (emotion-induced shock) not the power itself, so CPR: Clean, Pretty, Reliable or Magical Defibrillator might not out there.
      • It's revealed in Chapter 34 that Megatron can decide whether or not the victim dies. He can either make the visions they suffer so extreme that it kills them, or he can pull them out of their vision and let them live. So if Megatron uses it on Lelouch, he can decide whether or not Lelouch dies.
  • Confirmed: Lelouch and Megatron fight in chapter 35 and in this battle Lelouch is forced to see his fear being unable to help those he truly needs.

This is not the last we've seen of Charles.

  • Given how Clovis was able to communicate with him after his death through the Sword of Akasha, it's possible that Charles will be able to survive in some form via that method as well.

Suzaku is a Decepticon sleeper agent.

  • Megatron being the Magnificent Bastard that he is knew that Suzaku would leave the Decepticons and using the Cortical Psychic Patch found away to turn Suzaku into a plant without the latter knowing about it.
    • This would also be a twist the knife moment for Lelouch as he now has to fight his friend who he knows is unwillingly working for Megatron.

    R2

There will be two factions of Britannian resistance.

One group that will seek to restore the original aristocracy and absolute monarchy while the other wishes to implement a more democratic government or a constitutional monarchy.
  • Likely members of the "conservatives": Guinevere de Britannia, Carine ne Britannia, Bartley Aspirus, Bismarck Waldstein, Dorothea Ernst, Anya Alstreim (Marianne Vi Britannia), and most of the original aristocracy.
  • Likely members of the "reformists": Odysseus eu Britannia, Gilbert G.P. Guilford, Gino Weinberg, and the majority of Britannia's general population.
  • Jossed. The Decepticons so thoroughly destroy all Britannian resistance at the beginning of R2 that only Marrybell and her Glinda Knights escape, finding sanctuary in Euro-Britannia.

Shin's Role

Will be functionally identical to canon (wanting to kill everyone, etc.), but he'll be revealed as an agent of what really gave him a Geass: Unicron.

The Dinobots will appear and join forces with the wZERO unit

  • It's very obvious. wZERO is named after dragon-like creatures and the Dinobots are more or less dragon-like with their fire-breathing powers.
    Akito: Are you an Autobot?
    ?: Not Autobot. Grimlock.
    • Jossed. Grimlock is found in the Sahara Desert and is made the leader of the Irregulars, and the other Dinobots later arrive from Cybertron with Omega Supreme.

wZERO will discover the Predacons

  • As mentioned above, wZERO is named after the dragon-like creatures known as wyverns.
    • Alternately, Leila and her crew first discover the fossilized Predacons and that's how they get their name.
  • Smilas will try to revive them to use them as weapons/war beasts against the Decepticons and conquer the world. This will backfire spectacularly...
    • Jossed. The ending of The Fires of Rage reveal that Shockwave has been creating Predaking on Cybertron, hinting the other Predacons will be made by Shockwave as well.

The Autobots/Decepticons who will appear in R2

Those in bold have been confirmed.

Autobots

  • Ultra Magnus, Smokescreen, Jazz, Kup, Whirl, Hot Shot, Warpath, Prowl, Elita-One, Chromia, Sideswipe, Aerialbots (Silverbolt, Jetfire, Air Raid, Fireflight, Slingshot, and Skydive), Windblade, Dinobots (Grimlock, Slug, Sludge, Snarl, and Swoop), Drift (with Slipstream & Jetstorm Microns), Override, Blurr, Broadside, Red Alert, Rodimus Prime, Rack'n'Ruin, Nautica, Moonracer, Sandstorm, Firestar, Springer, Blaster (with Ramhorn, Eject, Sunder and Rewind), Cosmos, Brawn, Skids, the Torchbearers (Pyra Magna, Jumpstream, Dust Up, Stormclash, Skyburst, and Rust Dust), Brainstorm, Mirage, Beachcomber, Nightbeat, Hound, Inferno, Protectobots (First Aid, Streetwise, Hot Spot, Groove, Blades, Rook), Trailbreaker, Ironfist, Hoist, Wheelie, Powerglide, Road Rage, Star Saber, Dai Atlas, Wreck-Gar, Victory Leo, Alpha Bravo, Chainclaw, Hubcap, Technobots (Scattershot, Strafe, Nosecone, Afterbreaker, Lightspeed), Greenlight, Metalhawk, Lancer, Flareup, Huffer, Roulette, Lightbright, Monsterbots (Grotusque, Repugnus, Doublecrosser), Punch, Topspin and Twin Twist, Glyph, Cog, Omega Supreme, and Fortress Maximus.

Decepticons

  • Combaticons (Onslaught, Brawl, Vortex, Swindle, and Blast Off), Constructicons (Scrapper, Mixmaster, Hook, Long Haul, Scavenger, and Bonecrusher), Barricade, Cyclonus, Ramjet, Thrust, Dirge, Twirl, Steeljaw, Glowstrike, Saberhorn, Scorponok, Slipstream, Lugnut, Blackout, Blitzwing, Soundblaster, Bludgeon, Lockdown, Bug Bite, Astrotrain, Ratbat, Stunticons (Motormaster, Drag Strip, Dead End, Wildrider, Offroad), Blackjack, Apeface, Deathsaurus, Skullcruncher, Shadow Striker, Scowl, Snarler, Carnivac, Exhaust, Nightbird, Sixshot, Octopunch, Spinister, Snapdragon, Terrorcons (Hun-Gurr, Rippersnapper, Blot, Sinnertwin, Cutthroat), Flamewar, Acid Storm, Nova Storm, Ion Storm, Mindwipe, Gnaw, Filch, Obsidian, Strika, Shatter, Dropkick, Springload, Crazybolt, Jhiaxus, Sideways, Axer, Seacons (Snaptrap, Nautilator, Overbite, Tentakil, Seawing, Skalor), Cannonball, Flywheels, Misfire, Leozack, Lyzack, Banzai-Tron, Wild Wheel, Krok, Octane, Thunderblast, Straxus, Crankcase, Ripclaw, Sparkstalker, Waspinator, Chop Shop, Barrage, Vertebreak, Cindersaur, Flamefeather, Black Shadow, Oil Slick, Tidal Wave, Metrotitan, Scourge, Overlord, and Megaempress.

The Dinobots are already on Earth

  • Kickback, Hardshell, and the Insecticons were all at Shockwave's tower when it blew up, which is how they ended up on Earth at Kamine Island. Considering that the Dinobots were also at there too, odds are that they ended up on Earth too and are in stasis, with Optimus' message at the end of R1 waking them up.
    • Zigzagged. Grimlock is confirmed to be on Earth at the end of The Brightness Falls, sent there with the Insecticons when Shockwave’s tower was destroyed. The other Dinobots are not with him however, as Fall of Cybertron showed that they were a safe distance from the tower when it blew up. The New Prime later has Swoop, Sludge, Snarl and Slug arrive on Earth with Omega Supreme, who they repaired before leaving.

The Lancelot is going to be salvaged and overhauled.

  • Upgrades will include designs and specifications of the Excalibur, which will make Suzaku a true match for Megatron.
    • "Arondight" will be included in this upgrade's name or weapons.
    • Zigzagged - The Lancelot is salvaged to some degree, but its used alongside a protoform from the Harbinger to create the Lancelot Albion way ahead of schedule.

Milly and Rivalz's jobs in the Black Knights.

  • Milly will help out with administrative tasks using her experiences as Class President and probably work with Diethard in information networking (a node to her later career as a news reporter in canon). She may also help out as a cook.
  • Rivalz will perform odd jobs and menial tasks; he'll later Take a Level in Badass by becoming a reliable "transporter" for the Black Knights (non-Cybertronian and non-Knightmare).

Roles the new recruits will have in the Black Knights.

  • Milly, Rivalz and Euphemia will join the intelligence, espionage & public relations branch.
  • Nina, Lloyd and Cécile will join the research & development branch.
  • Cornelia will join the military affairs branch.
  • Monica and Nonette will probably join the Wreckers, while Suzaku joins the Zero Squad.
    • Confirmed and Jossed in some cases. Milly and Rivalz join the intelligence branch while Euphemia's place is undetermined at the moment. Nina, Lloyd and Cecile join research and development. Cornelia joins the Elite Guard with Monica, while Nonette joins the Wreckers and Suzaku joins the Zero Squad.

Metroplex will be revived on Earth.

  • Somehow, someway, the Autobots and Black Knights will bring Metroplex to Earth and he'll be revived to act as a new base or be the main base if the Decepticons find the Ark and destroy it.
    • Jossed - the author has confirmed that Metroplex is 100% dead, and won't come back. It's further stated by Ratchet and Perceptor in Nerves of Steel that Metroplex merely gave his Spark Energy to power the Ark and cannot be revived when Nunnally thinks that Metroplex became the Ark and can transform.

Marianne will still hold her grudge against Optimus.

  • Despite being captured by the Decepticons in chapter 1 of R2, it’s doubtful that she’s forgotten or forgiven the last of the Primes for “stealing” her children from her and “corrupting” them, and will likely seek Optimus’ death in addition to Megatron’s.
    • Confirmed in Chapter 2. When Optimus fights Anya, Marianne takes control of her and tries to kill Optimus, her hatred for him possibly exceeding her hatred for Megatron. She later lets go of it when Prime's Geass affects her, and she has a Heel Realization in regards to her past actions.

Gino will take Starscream's role in the Orion Pax two-parter.

  • If the two-parter is adapted into the story it just makes sense. Starscream is unlikely to go rogue unlike in Prime and if Megatron takes advantage of Optimus' amnesia he'd be unlikely to put Optimus on the path to discover he'd been lied to or contact the Autobots. Gino however might do it however, as he is working for them against his will and did intend to join the Black Knights before he was forced to surrender.
    • Jossed. Rai and Bumblebee save Gino and bring him to the Ark during the Battle for the Ark.

Shirley’s father will be used as a spy for the Decepticons.

  • A possible future chapter could have elements of the classic Transformers series episode, The Ultimate Doom; Brainwash, where a human is used as a sleeper agent against the Autobots. Except this time, instead of Sparkplug, it’s Joseph Fenette that gets fitted with Dr. Arkeville’s Hypno-chip.

The Glinda Knights will initially be enemies of the Black Knights and Autobots.

A side-plot in a future chapter(s) will focus on the relationships of the Black Knights

  • Basically, some chapters will have B-plots that explore (and hopefully advance) the relationships between certain Black Knights, i.e. Lelouch and Kallen. The relationships will be:
    • Lelouch x Kallen
    • Rai x Shirley
    • Cornelia x Guilford
    • Monica x Orpheus (the two were supposed to go on a date in the Oz the Reflection manga but they both missed it due to the two being unknowing enemies)
    • Marybell x Oldrin
    • Nunnally x Alice
    • Akito x Leila
      • Confirmed for all of them.

Nunnally will be the reason the Headmasters and some of the Dark Knights pull a Heel–Face Turn

Those familiar with Code Geass: Nightmare of Nunnally will remember that it was her love for Nunnally that caused Alice to eventually defect from Britannia in favor of becoming Nunnally's knight. Well Alice, or "Speed" as she's still known as here, is currently in the protective custody of the Autobots after freeing her from her Knightmare's head, giving her the perfect opportunity to interact with Nunnally.
  • With the Decepticons all set to attack the Ark and Nunnally doing her best as a mediator of sorts there, it will be her attempt at helping Alice that opens the doorway for the two to connect, leading to Alice becoming devoted to Nunnally rather than remain loyal to the Geass Order.
  • Similarly, if and when the other Headmasters are captured, they'll defect after meeting Nunnally for themselves and seeing she cares about them as people unlike the Order.
  • That just leaves Jeremiah and Rolo.
    • Jeremiah is easy enough, since learning Nunnally and Lelouch are alive may be enough to break him free from his mania, and should they manage to free him from the Siegfried, they can purge him of Dark Energon.
    • As for Rolo, in a reverse of canon, instead of Rolo gaining an obsession with being Lelouch's younger brother, he'll gain an obsession with being Nunnally's older brother. Whether it be through her genuine kindness or his longing for an emotional connection and Nunnally just so happening to be the first one he gets, Rolo will become obsessed with her instead of Lelouch, and defect from the Order to be with her. It helps that his Knightmare is specifically a Captain Ersatz for the Gundam Epyon, piloted by Zechs Marquis, and Zechs tended to have two morality pets: his love Noin, and his little sister Relena. Rolo being given Epyon will be a means of foreshadowing him gaining a similar relationship to Nunnally. It helps that Alice's Knightmare was a Captain Ersatz for the Gundam Wing Zero, whose pilot, Heero Yuy, fell in love with Relena after initially trying to kill her. So in this case, Nunnally is their Relena.
      • Jossed for Rolo. In The Fires of Rage, he is killed by Grimlock.
      • Confirmed for Jeremiah, who switches sides in Tunnel Vision after having his free will restored by Joseph and meeting Nunnally in Paris, learning the truth about her and Lelouch.

A nod to Bumblebee (2018) will be included.

  • During the assault on the Ark, or perhaps later down the line, Bumblebee will encounter two certain Decepticons who hounded him back in the war, and despite having long since acquired a name, they only refer to him as “B-127.” These Decepticons? Shatter and Dropkick.

Marianne will perform a Redemption Equals Death at some point

  • With Marianne undergoing a Heel Realization starting at the end of chapter 5, this may be a likely outcome. How and why, I don't know. But I can guess what her final words will be.
    • Confirmed. She doesn't say "You're welcome", but she offers herself as a filter to help her son survive temporarily receiving a portion of the Thirteen Original Primes' power to return from death, defeat Megatron and stop Neo-Ragnarök, getting her soul obliterated in the process.

As the conflict between the Autobot-Black Knight Alliance and the Decepticons grows, the two remaining earth superpowers will each take a different side.

  • It would be a logical way to truly have the conflict involve all of Earth. And the most likely outcome would be the European Union siding with the Autobots and Black Knights while the Chinese Federation joins the Decepticons.
    • Confirmed. The EU sides with the Autobots and Black Knights, while the High Eunuchs attempt to negotiate with the Decepticons. However for the Eunuchs, negotiations fail and the Chinese Federation becomes part of the UFN.

Smilas will become a Composite Character / Expy for Silas.

Apart being a letter away from having the same name, like Silas, Gene Smilas is a megalomaniac who sought to make himself emperor of Eurpoe and implement a new world order.
  • Jossed. Fires of Rage implies that V.V. will become Nemesis Prime, and Lelouch Geasses Smilas into obedience once it becomes clear that Smilas still intends to carry out his plan to create a European Empire.

Caretaker of Spacetime is The One

  • According to their profile, the Caretaker of Spacetime is the collective consciousness of the Universe. The One is the sentient core of the Universe. In Code Prime, the Caretaker and the One are one and the same.

Jerimiah and Chigusa are going to have a partial Flashback Episode when they meet each other again

Both of them were bad, arrogant people. Both at their moments of triumph were crushed by a transformer, and as such paid the price for that in a suffering they could never have imagined. And now, both are working to rebuild their lives having taken lessons from their suffering to face their sins and grow. Plus, it would give the author a good excuse to show the moment Chigusa regains her memories of being Viletta and Jeremiah regain his sentience thanks to Joseph Fenette.
  • Uh, it was already confirmed at the start of R2 that Viletta already regained her memories and Joseph already helped Jeremiah regain his free will.
  • I meant more in the sense that instead of just stating it, we'll get a Show, Don't Tell seeing it happen. Seeing the moment Jerimiah is informed that there's something bigger than vengeance and frustration for him, given how he mellowed out. Seeing when Chigusa regains her memories, and perhaps needing to talk with Rai about it, and the dissonance over how the her from before is so incongruent with the her she's become. Those scenes, with their hearts in conflict with each other, is a flashback that I'd love to see happen when they reunite as Black Knights.

Cera will be put into the care of Chigusa and Rai during her Amnesia time

Because of everyone in the Black Knights, those 2 know the most about how to handle a loss of personality while being in unfamiliar terrain despite everyone knowing who you are. Also, possibly Akari would make for a good pop in supporter. All people who can care and encourage her to keep going even in the midst of the confusing times. Perhaps even Chigusa can share the stimulus that caused her to regain her memories as a kind of "first try" attempt to bring Cera the code bearer back from her subconscious.

    R3
The title of R3 will be Code Prime - R3: Resurrection
  • Given that the third season will most likely focus on the return of Unicron, Primus' restoration and cover the events of Lelouch of the Resurrection, it makes sense for the title to focus on the theme.
  • Confirmed in the last chapter of R2.

The Energon Cities from Transformers: Energon will appear
  • In the final chapter of R2, the science team talked briefly about where they can find more resources to help rebuild the Earth. They mention building bases on the moon, Mars, and the Astroid Belt, the location of the Energon cities from the anime show.

Megatron will return as Galvatron
  • Despite being erased from existence in the penultimate chapter of R2, its mentioned that Unicron took Megatron under his power, so he could be setting him up to serve as his minion.

Euphemia will be kidnapped by Zilkhstan along with Nunnally

Shamna won't have the power of the "Failed One"

Megatron, Victor, and Beleth will all be reformatted by Unicron to become his heralds
  • As stated above, Megatron will become Galvatron. Meanwhile, Victor will be turned into Scourge, who will be a mix of Scourge's appearances in Transformers: Rise of the Beasts and Transformers: Robots in Disguise due to becoming Nemesis Prime, and Beleth will be turned into either Bludgeon or Cyclonus, since Skywarp is dead.

Primus will influence the final showdown.
  • The Matrix of Leadership came from him as the Core of Cybertron. It was used to save Lelouch and give C.C. a means to give Optimus a Geass. As such, Primus could take a slightly more active role in empowering the heroes in fighting off Unicron if the Chaos Bringer goes on the warpath.

Cybertron will be restored at the end
  • The Forge of Solus Prime is drained of all power and there is no mention, appearance or use of the Omega Lock due to the events of R2, but someone will eventually develop a method which involves putting in large amounts of energy into a planet, causing catastrophic results if used by the wrong hands. This same method, however, can be used to give Cybertron's Core all the energy it needs to revive the planet and make it capable of sustaining life again, allowing all Cybertronians to return home.

The AllSpark will play a role in the story as part of a story arc
  • It was used in Predacons Rising, appearing as part of Optimus and Wheeljack's subplot in the show. Here, it can be given a little more expansion on what and where it is and become the last central object for the Autobot-Black Knight Alliance and their allies to claim to complete Cybertron's restoration before others, such as the kingdom of Zilkhstan with their allies (as part of their own plans), and Unicron (who seeks to devour it whole to destroy Primus once and for all), do.

There will be a band of Decepticons who will continue the Autobot-Decepticon war.
  • These Decepticons either refuse to acknowledge its end, or are in the dark about it. This may pop up as a subplot in the first few chapters.

Prometheus Black/Meltdown will be working with the Kingdom of Zilkhistan
  • In an effort to prove that his biotechnology is superior to the Autobots' technology. His rivalry with Earl Lloyd Asplund and Rakshata could mirror his efforts to top Professor Issac Sumdac in Transformers: Animated.

Thunderwing will make an appearance
  • Thunderwing is a herald of Unicron from Transformers: Prime – The Game, whose mission was to destroy the Matrix. Given that Unicron will be the main villain, it makes sense that his heralds will appear as well.

Megatronus will appear as a herald of Unicron.
  • Megatronus has been hinted at multiple times by the Primes. He could make his appearance in R3 as a herald of Unicron, seeking to destroy the Primes for revenge.

More Autobot/Decepticon reinforcements.
The author already stated that the Maximals and Lockdown will appear, but no one has ever mentioned about any more Autobots or Decepticons joining those already on Earth, other than those mentioned in R2's folder.

Autobots

The opening chapter of R3 will be a Wedding Episode.
  • As for the couple who are tying the knot:
    • Lelouch and Kallen
    • Suzaku and Euphemia
    • Cornelia and Guilford

Optimus will make the ultimate sacrifice at the end
  • His sacrifice could be akin to the end of Predacons Rising though everyone else tries to talk him out of it and the sacrifice is the only way to allow Cybertron to sustain and generate life again.

The Time Travel aspect of Beast Wars will still be adapted
Why? Because The emergence of Unicron was a major turning point in history, and the remaining scattered Maximals built a time machine to go back and give their heroic predecessors the information they need to save the earth.

Suzaku and Predaking are going to become archenemies or rivals.
Despite his vices, Suzaku embodies the heroic "white knight" archetype more than any other Code Geass character. Suzaku facing off against the dragon Predacon practically brings that symbolism full-circle.

Lelouch will have telekinetic powers.
Similar to the kind of telekinetic abilities exhibited by The Fallen in Revenge of the Fallen and Robots in Disguise.

    Other
An exchange of dialogue between Lelouch and Megatron would go about like this
  • Based on the episode of Transformers: Prime, Transformers Prime S 1 E 19 Rock Bottom.
Megatron: Well, what are you waiting for? Think of the glory — seize the day! Charles would.
Lelouch: Yes, he would... BUT my father (Optimus) wouldn't. Not like this.
Megatron: I will be sure to share the details of our little conversation with Optimus — the day I rip out his spark!
    • This is a very powerful moment. It shows how much Lelouch values Prime over Charles. The fact that he acknowledges Prime as his father and just sees Charles as Charles is very poignant. Even Megatron would be shocked, even outright angered at this to the point he would possibly see Lelouch as a greater enemy. Remember that Lelouch and Megatron were not so different in terms of their goals and actions. However, Lelouch presents the case that he is what Megatron once was but became better unlike the Con himself.

  • Also based on the episode above:
Megatron: I must admit, I'm quite impressed with you Zero. Not only have you outmaneuvered Britannia time and again, but you also played my own Decepticons like pawns. It would seem Optimus chose wisely to partner with you... Lelouch.
Lelouch: [Eyes widened in shock] You... You knew?!
Megatron: Soundwave is quite competent in surveillance, I can assure you.

Transformers Prime S 2 E 11 Flying Mind will feature the actual Trypticon rather than an unknown entity.

  • Admit it. It was a They Wasted a Perfectly Good Plot for not introducing Trypticon into the story. It could go like this.
Knock Out: It appears the ship now possesses a will of its own.
    Megatron: Impossible!
Nemesis: Nothing is impossible when Dark Energon flows throughout your veins.
Slipstream: Did...did the ship just talk?
    Thundercracker: It would appear so.
Nemesis: You of all beings should know this far too well, my Lord!
    Megatron: ...Trypticon, alive?
Trypticon: I HAVE ALWAYS BEEN ALIVE! But you robbed me of my freedom the moment you turned me into this accursed ship. I was unable to move, unable to speak; all I could do was observe.
    • Confirmed. R2's chapter 17 Flying Mind has Trypticon return as the Nemesis searching for the Iacon Relics to restore his ability to transform.

Megatron will fire a Dark Energon-enhanced shot at either Nunnally or Euphemia.

  • Personally, I think it's Nunnally. There's a lot of build-up to Lelouch introducing his sister to Optimus. So having Megatron deny that opportunity by blasting her would cause so many ways how the main two characters to react. Lelouch might even choose to find ways to save his sister, showing that unlike Megatron, Lelouch will forgo any chance of revenge or pettiness to save his sister's life while Optimus goes full head-on on killing Megatron.
  • I agree with the above, and doubt that it'll be Euphemia. By now Megatron has obviously noticed the growing attraction between Suzaku and Euphemia. Shooting her would be detrimental to his manipulation of Suzaku. Plus, Cornelia will immediately try to take Megatron's head if she learns of this.

Lelouch and the others will learn the story of the War for Cybertron

Given that Iron117Prime has did this in his story, "Worlds Collide" where characters see the Ninja Turtles' past, I'm sure we'll see a story version of Transformers: War for Cybertron and Transformers: Fall of Cybertron.
  • The plot will take the concept of "What It means to be a Prime", something the original show never touched upon. It'll have Lelouch trying desperately to become like Optimus only to find himself seeing into the past and being guided by one of the Thirteen Primes like Vector Prime or Alchemist Prime.
  • R1 did have references to War for Cybertron by way of Optimus mentioning who accompanied him to purge Cybertron's core of Dark Energon to Lelouch and Euphemia.

Lelouch will receive the Matrix of Leadership from Optimus.

  • Maybe as a final sign of how far he's come, Optimus decides that Lelouch has proven himself worthy of becoming the first human Prime. He then opens his chest, and the Matrix floats out before shrinking down to a size where Lelouch can wear it around his neck. Lelouch can then sense all the cumulative wisdom and energy from the artifact, making him a wiser and greater leader.
Lelouch: Hear me, people of Earth and Cybertron! I am Zero Prime! Disciple of Optimus Prime, and leader of the Black Knights and the Autobots!
    • Uh-huh... No offense, but this is... kinda out there, even by Transformer and anime standards. And I doubt Lelouch would be willing to accept the Matrix so easily. If anything, he might pull a Smokescreen. Also, I think it might be more likely for Optimus to give him the Key to Vector Sigma.
    • Confirmed AND Jossed - Optimus does offer the Matrix to Lelouch after being critically injured by Damocles, but he rejects it.

How the Transformers: War for Cybertron plot will play out.

  • If the author does intend to make a chapter based on "War for Cybertron", there will be characters that'll be removed and replaced using characters from Transformers: Prime, Transformers: Rescue Bots and Transformers: Robots in Disguise.

    • Chapter 1: Megatron, Steeljaw and Brawl
      • Since Barricade was The Rival to Bumblebee in the "movie universe", it would make sense to use Steeljaw, The Rival to Bumblebee of the "aligned universe".
    • Chapter 2: Starscream, Skywarp and Thundercracker
    • Chapter 3: Megatron, Soundwave and Breakdown
    • Chapter 4: Megatron, Soundwave and Dreadwing
      • Based on another "WMG" that will be posted below.
    • Chapter 5: Megatron, Soundwave and Dreadwing
    • Chapter 6: Optimus, Bumblebee and Ratchet
    • Chapter 7: Optimus, Bumblebee and Jazz or Rodimus.
      • Initially, the Autobot was to be Sideswipe but then I thought that there's no way Optimus would bring somebot so young to infiltrate Kaon. So, the likely possibility would be Jazz and Rodimus since they are both car-based Transformers. Jazz, since there's already a friendship between him and Bumblebee in Robots In Disguise and Iron117Prime would use that if Jazz ever appears in the fic. And Rodimus would be another good candidate if the author does use him and he'll be based on the version from Transformers Prime Galvatrons Revenge.
    • Chapter 8: Optimus Prime, Ironhide and Bulkhead
    • Chapter 9: Windblade, Jetfire and Blades
      • As The Champion of Primus, she'll most likely have a larger role during the war for Cybertron. She'll most likely be awakened following Megatron's poisoning of the planet. When Orion Pax became Optimus Prime, Windblade will reach out to him and aid in purging the Dark Energon from Primus.
    • Chapter 10: Optimus Prime, Bumblebee and Ironhide.

  • Jossed for several reasons.
    • In Chapter 28, when Optimus tells Lelouch and Euphemia about Cybertron's destruction, he mentions Warpath being with him and Ironhide in the core of Cybertron when Optimus received the Matrix, which means the events of the war before the story begins play out the same as it did in the video game.
    • The author has confirmed that Sideswipe will be in R2, and he will be a Composite Character. While he'll have his design from Robots in Disguise (2015), he will have experience from War for Cybertron and Fall of Cybertron.

Optimus will undergo a reformatting either at the end of R1 or the sometime in R2.

  • Possible forms:
    • His "knight mode" from Age Of Extinction and The Last Knight (perhaps with Megatron correspondingly undergoing a transformation into his appearance in The Last Knight).
    • His black-colored Powerlinx Mode from Transformers: Armada - as a visual emphasis of his allegiance and companionship with the Black Knights.

Knightmare Frames will start to become sentient.

  • As Sakuradite is synonymous with Energon, Knightmares may, either naturally or by Megatron's machinations, start to develop intelligence and free will.
    • Lancelot would likely be the first, having a heavier Sakuradite composition than most Knightmares.
  • Jossed. In Chapter 29 Word of God confirmed that Knightmares WON'T come to life, citing how (at least in the Align universe) Energon only sustains Cybertronian life, not create it like the All Spark.

The Ragnarök Connection will not unite humanity into one being but awaken Unicron

  • It will be revealed that Charles's idea for Ragnaröck was actually Unicron manipulating him to free the latter from his prison.
    • The thought elevators are actually Unicron's spikes which would explain C.C.'s visions as she is connected to Unicron by the thought elevators.
      • It depends on what Charles's endgame is. My guess would be that Charles and Unicron made a deal but the latter uses Exact Words to manipulate the former.

Following up to a previous WMG, instead of Megatron, it would be Suzaku that fires the shot at Nunnally.

  • Megatron understands that his actions in Chapter 29 would most likely alienate Suzaku into choosing to side with the Black Knights and Autobots. If it does happen, Megatron will just make sure that they will not accept him. He'll most likely order Suzaku into unknowingly firing where Nunnally is. Assuming Suzaku doesn't begin to take responsibility by then, this will result in the following outcomes:
    • Lelouch, the Black Knights, and Autobots will no longer want to bring Suzaku into their cause. As Ironhide points out, "whether manipulated or not, Suzaku has to accept responsibility otherwise any attempts into convincing him would be moot".
      Ironhide: No more chances.
      Rai: No more trust.
      Kallen: And no more mercy.
      Shirley: He's just another Decepticon.
Lelouch: And we're going to stop him. No matter what it takes.
    • Suzaku's act against her beloved sister would further inflame Cornelia's prejudice against Elevens.
    • Euphemia will no longer consider Suzaku as an ally and her reputation will be damaged because of Suzaku's actions.
  • Jossed. Suzaku defects to the Autobots and Black Knights in Chapter 32 after learning that Megatron was responsible for the SAZ Massacre by kidnapping Euphemia and replacing her with a Pretender. By this point, Nunnally is safe on the Ark, and she is the one to ultimately convince Suzaku to leave the Decepticons and the Britannian military.

Toromo Agency or Rosenberg Institute will start to manufacture man-made Transformers, à la KSI.

  • Schneizel will eventually commission the manufacturing of transformable Knightmare Frames and, depending on how the Brittanian-Decepticon alliance stands at the time of development, will either to be used to supplement their forces or Brittania will use them to betray and drive out the Decepticons (and Autobots) off Earth.

Ratchet or Shockwave will be the one to create the Geass Canceler.

  • Once Lelouch finds out that Megatron has his own Geass, as well as the effect it has on Cybertronians and Code Bearers, he'll ask Ratchet to make a device that will protect the Autobots, C.C. and the other Black Knights. And given that C.C. has given them the early heads-up about Charles's Geass, Ratchet, along with Fixit and Rakshata, will create the Geass Canceler as a means to counter Charles, Megatron and other Geass wielders from the Geass Order.
  • On the Decepticon side, Chapter 31 revealed that Shockwave managed to extract Geass energy from Mao's body, which was how Megatron gained Dark Geass. Shockwave also plans to use the extract to give Jeremiah an artificial Geass. Given that Shockwave has essentially taken the Geass Order's role in this story as being the one to turn Jeremiah into a cyborg, it only makes sense that the artificial Geass will be the Geass Canceler.
  • Confirmed. In Chapter One of R2 Shockwave reveals that he has made the Geass Canceler when Devastator uses it in his battle with Bismarck Waldstein.

C.C. will (finally) get to have a giant pizza.

  • The Autobots and Black Knights take pity on Cera for having to witness both attempts by Ashford Academy of making a large pizza fail, so they undertake the task themselves and this time it gets carried out uninterrupted.
    • It'll require them to "borrow" some of Ratchet's tools and devices that he'll complain about needing later.
      Ratchet: C.C., I needed that!
      • Confirmed. Chapter 6 of R2 has the heroes celebrate their victory from the last chapter complete with giant pizza. Four of them.

Dr. Arkeville's first name will be revealed to be Prometheus.

  • It's a small detail, but perhaps such a reveal could serve as an homage to the human villain Meltdown from Transformers: Animated.
    • Or alternatively, it will be revealed to be Henri, which was the first name of his Shattered Glass counterpart.

Starscream will be killed by a human.

  • While many Decepticons have a dim view of humanity, Starscream is a particularly vocal standout. For him to die by the hands of a human being would be the sweetest kind of irony.
    • Bonus points if he is killed without the use of a Knightmare, à la his death in Transformers: Dark of the Moon.
    • Jossed. Old Screamer got finished off by Megatron sicking a sample of Synthetic Rust Plague in Chapter 32.

C.C. will be pinned for capture by Megatron

And told that she's nothing but a traitor and a hypocrite, thinking she can regain her soul or make up for her own part in nearly ruining everything. And always refer to her by the code name C.C. In defiance, her reply will be something along the lines that, "I have a family now! And I will redeem myself. And most of all, C.C. is no more. MY NAME IS CERA!" (cue dramatic battle)

At some point in the story, Optimus will die, causing the Black Knights-Autobots to find a way to revive him.

In many continuities, Optimus has a really long list of being killed and then resurrected. Could also serve as the Darkest Hour for the good guys.
  • Confirmed, he nearly dies in "The New Prime", only to Come Back Strong thanks to the Forge of Solus Prime.

Or they can't bring him back and the Matrix of Leadership is passed to another Autobot, one that changed his name from Hotrod to Smokescreen.

The Requiem Blaster will be one of the Iacon Relics to go along with the Starsaber and the Skyboom Shield.

  • Jossed.

The Maximals and Predacons will show up at some point.

Realistically speaking this likely won't happen, but the author has surprised fans before. And besides, it would be awesome.
  • Confirmed. The Predacons have appeared. Still waiting on the Maximals.

The Vehicon that got Geassed by Lelouch Lamperouge is Steve.

  • A Vehicon named by the Transformers fandom for being the Butt-Monkey in every encounter against the Autobots or any other hazardous situations.
    • He's the one who got blasted by Megatron during the assault against Starscream's station.
    • Gotten pulverized by Zeta Prime's defenses.
    • Crushed by Omega Supreme.
    • Being the first to get shot by Bumblebee during the invasion of Iacon.
    • Attacked from behind by Air Raid.
    • Bombarded by Metroplex.
    • His ship crashed during the attack on the Autobot transport at the Sea of Rust.
    • Getting blown up by Starscream during his infiltration in Shockwave's Lab.
    • Nearly sucked into space during the Exodus.
    • Almost scrapped during the terrorist attack at Lake Kawaguchi.
    • Had his Energon drained at Greece.
    • Being the first to be shot by the Black Knights' new magnesium shells.
    • Getting blown away by a ship explosion at Port Yokosuka.
    • Almost tortured by a Synth-En crazed Ratchet.
    • Pulling himself back together (literally) following the Avalon's strike on Shikine Island.
    • Beaten within an inch of spark by Cornelia li Brittania.
    • Narrowly surviving decapitation by Beatrice Franks.
  • Confirmed

Akari will tell embarrassing childhood stories of Kallen to Lelouch.

Some characters will jokingly ask Lelouch and Kallen when will they have kids.

The names of the children of couples

  • Lelouch and Kallen: Orion (Boy), Marianne (Girl)
    • As a way to honor Optimus Prime, their beloved father figure and the one who sparks new life into them.
    • As a way to honor Marianne, the mother who redeemed herself in the eyes of her children and allies.
  • Rai and Shirley: Erina (Girl)
    • After Rai's sister.

Lelouch and Kallen will have a Human-Cybertronian hybrid child.

  • Due to Lelouch temporarily becoming a Prime and gaining their power any potential child he will have with Kallen will be the first hybrid in existence similar to Sari Sumdac.
