Hungry Dragon is a mobile game for the Android and iOS, developed by Ubisoft Barcelona and released on August 30, 2018. A fantasy spinoff of Hungry Shark World, players control a hungry dragon as they soar around various environments devouring almost everything they encounter. Earning enough points will trigger a Fire Rush, where the dragon spews a torrent of flames that incinerates everything in its path. Points earned go into unlocking skins, upgrades, pets, and new dragons.

  • Ability Required to Proceed: Certain obstacles—such as stone barriers—can only be removed with a large-enough dragon.
  • Always a Bigger Fish: Enemy dragons will eventually spawn and attack the player dragon, and if they're larger they can only be eaten during a Mega Flame Rush.
  • And Your Reward Is Clothes: Gold and gems earned can go into unlocking new costumes for the dragon, which come with boosting their abilities.
  • Attack Animal: Pets can be equipped to grant certain bonuses for the dragon.
  • Beneath the Earth: The Corkscrew Cave, Goblin Caves, Goblin Mines, Goblin Tunnels, and Shadow Caves are all map locations found beneath the earth.
  • Big Eater: Dragons can eat just about anything smaller than themselves and have seemingly bottomless stomachs.
  • Bribing Your Way to Victory: Microtransactions are available for gold and gems.
  • Cannibalism Superpower: The dragons possess a Hyperactive Metabolism and just about everything they eat is converted into health.
  • Cybernetic Mythical Beast: Goldheist's "Electron" skin turns him into a futuristic cybernetic dragon.
  • Difficulty by Acceleration: The longer the player survives the more difficult enemies spawn in and the faster the player dragon's health bar drains, until they eventually starve to death or are killed.
  • Dinosaurs Are Dragons: T-Wreks is a cartoony theropod dinosaur wearing a jetpack, and is capable of breathing fire.
  • Draconic Abomination:
    • Anomalyis is an XXL-sized Gigeresque wyvern described as an extradimensional entity accidentally summoned by some witches, and possesses an insatiable appetite — being capable of devouring almost anything it comes across.
    • Kahl'mari is a blatant expy of Cthulhu outright called an "eldritch dragon" in its description, and is said to be capable of driving onlookers insane with its mere presence.

  • Ear Wings: One of the prey items are rabbits able to fly by flapping their wings.
  • Feathered Serpent: Sparx's Quetzalcoatl skin turns her into the Plumed Serpent of Aztec mythology.

  • An Ice Person: Icebreaker is a wyvern with ice-powers, being able to breathe a frigid mist that freezes enemies solid.

They're more technologically advanced than the humans, and have multiple map sectors dedicated to them—chiefly the Goblin City, the Goblin Caves, the Goblin Mines.
