A House For Alesa 3 is the last game of the trilogy of Explorer Horror games by Axel Vejar Dossow, inspired by horror films of the 1980s.One year after the events of the second game, Alesa and Greta decide to move out of the city and into the peaceful country. But when they get there, they discover Marietta, a surviving member of the family, and are too late to stop her from carrying out a ritual to bring back her father, Mr. Alfred. Now he has begun turning the world into one of horror and madness, and Alesa must put an end to his mad dreams of conquest.

This series contains examples of:
- Big Bad: Mr. Alfred is Mr. Bob's brother who wants to remake the world In Their Own Image as a twisted horror world.
- Character Development: Pinocchio from Pinocchiogoria is less unhinged and has learned to control his strength. He even marries Alesa in one of the endings.
- Damsel in Distress: Greta is kidnapped by Mr. Alfred and it's up to Alesa to rescue her.
- Denser and Wackier: Even more than the previous game, with some jokes to the author's previous games thrown in.
- Earn Your Happy Ending: In the second game, Zagaracathal said that while it was possible to purify Greta, the same can't happen for the Mother and the Twins. As it turns out, the Golden Ending reveals that not only they got purified, but they lived well-adjusted lives away from Mr. Bob. The Twins are not conjoined anymore and the Mother got to be a dancer like she wanted.
- Joke of the Butt: Alesa's big butt is a Running Gag once again, with her getting to twerk as a Victory Pose. Also Gepetto from Pinocchiogoria had a big bouncy butt. Here? It's gotten bigger than the rest of his body! Alesa lampshades it.Alesa: What a HUGE cake!
- Multiple Endings:
- Ending 1 - Lobotomy: Alesa is locked in an insane asylum, where they try to convince her that her adventures were a lie. She's then lobomized by Helga from There Is Something In The Anderghast Mine, now working as a nurse.
- Ending 2 - Muse: If Alesa decides to drop her quest to save Greta and says she loves the cave monster, they get married. She serves as his new artistic muse and becomes famous.
- Ending 3 - Tea Party: If Alesa decides to stay with the shadow dolls, they have tea parties and dance forever. Until her feet become infected with maggots due to dancing so much.
- Ending 4 - Statue: If Alesa asks Aunt Susy to make her into a statue, she does it.
- Ending 5 - Worship: If Alesa decides to drop her quest to save Greta to be worshipped by the shadow monsters, she becomes a celebrity revered for her big ass.
- Ending 6 - Alien: If Alesa decides to drop her quest to save Greta to go with the alien, they go into many intergalactic adventures until they day they crash against an asteroid and die.
- Ending 7 - Banana Peel: If Alesa doesn't trust Alex, she escapes from him, thinking he's working for Mr. Bob. On the way, she slips on a banana peel and dies.
- Ending 8 - Dream: Alesa encounters a doll, who says all this is a dream from Mr. Bob. If Alesa agrees, Mr. Bob wakes up from his 99 years slumber and decides to become a good guy from now on.
- Ending 9 - Alesa Loves Pinocchio: If Alesa decides to drop her quest to save Greta and agrees to hug Pinocchio from Pinocchiogoria, the two fall in love and get married, only to get divorced 2 weeks later.
- Ending 10 - Hidden: If Alesa finds Greta but decides not to confront Mr. Alfred, the two live on the run for the rest of their lives.
- Ending 11 - Horror: If Alesa agrees to join Mr. Alfred to save Greta, he kills Zagaracathal and takes over the world, with Alesa and Greta becoming his immortal slaves.
- Ending 12 - Happiness: Alesa is able to defeat Mr. Alfred and put him to sleep for a while, saving the world, but he kills Greta out of spite, and Alesa has to spend the rest of her life without her; she moves on and finds a male lover with whom she has children, but never forgets Greta. They end up Together in Death, but one of her descendants is tasked with fighting the soon-to-awaken Mr. Bob.
- Shout-Out: Of the creator's previous games.
- Alesa meets the Automaton, Mia Gepetto, Alex, Marion and Sandy as survivors.
- After being defeated in their respective games, Junior Hendergast, Helga, Pinocchio and Gepetto became demons working for Mr. Alfred.
- The Twins and the Mother from the previous games return as normal humans, having being purified by Zagaracathal along with Greta.
- The Unfought: You can avoid the Pinocchio chase by giving him Mia's dirty underwear.
- Ungrateful Bastard: Averted with the Twins. After they got purified by Zagaracathal, they weren't conjoined anymore and lived normal lives until dying on natural causes. When they meet in the afterlife, they thank Alesa for giving them a new chance at life. However this is played straight with The Mother, who hated Alesa because of the attention Mr. Bob gave her. After she's purified, has a happy life and dies of natural causes, her spirit refuses to talk to Alesa because she still resents her.
