• Girlfriend Countdown: Complete Sayori's week.
• Poems n' Thorns: Complete Natsuki's week.
• Dual Demise: Complete Yuri's week and return to the Story Mode menu.
• Epiphany: Complete all the other available songs. / Complete the original weeks in Plus.

Songs

• Side Stories: Beat the entire Story Mode.
• Titular (MC Mix): Complete the entire Story Mode.
• Drinks On Me: Complete all four Side Stories, then click on a peculiar object in the Main Menu.
• Epiphany WITH LYRICS: Beat Epiphany.
• Libitina: Beat every song in the mod save for "Epiphany" and "Epiphany WITH LYRICS".

Costumes

Boyfriend^note his pixelated appearance is not affected by this

• Uniform: Available by default.
  • Sutazu: While selecting this outfit, hold B and press Enter to switch to this character.
• Regular: Beat the entire Story Mode.
  • Christmas: While selecting this outfit, press the left/right arrow key and Enter to switch to this outfit.
• Minus Boyfriend: Beat the entire story mode.^note Defaults to Blue Boyfriend; Press the left/right arrow key and Enter while highlighting this costume to use Beta/Mean Boyfriend respectively
• Benjamin: Have save data for Friday Night Funkin' Soft on your PC or beat "It's Complicated (Sayori Mix)" with the Festival costume in Mirror Mode.^note You can switch between the club uniform or Benjamin's normal outfit by using the left/right arrow key and Enter.
• Mr. Cow: Have a save file for Doki Doki Literature Club! or Doki Doki Literature Club Plus!, or complete "Our Harmony" with all casual costumes enabled.
• Blue Skies Boyfriend: Get an accuracy of 90% or higher on "Your Demise".
• Aloe: Find and click on a certain succubi in the Sticker Gallery.^note You can switch between the club uniform or Aloe's normal outfit by using the left/right arrow key and Enter.

Girlfriend^note her pixelated appearance is not affected by this, and any instances where a costume can't be used will default to the Uniform costume.

• Uniform: Available by default.
  • Sayori behind the speakers: While selecting this outfit, press B and Enter to switch to this "outfit".^note As stated by the game itself, "These sprites were too cute to not let you use them anywhere."
• Regular: Beat the entire Story Mode.
  • Christmas: While selecting this outfit, press the left/right arrow key and Enter to switch to this outfit.
• Minus Girlfriend: Beat the entire Story Mode.
• Soft Pico: Have save data for Friday Night Funkin' Soft on your PC or beat "It's Complicated (Sayori Mix)" with the Festival costume in Mirror Mode.
• Blue Skies Girlfriend: Play "Love n' Funkin'" on Mirror Mode.
• Nene: Find and click on a certain succubi in the Sticker Gallery.
• TBD-Tan: Beat every song in Doki Doki Takeover! at least once.

Monika^note her pixelated and background appearances are not affected by this

• Uniform: Available by default.
• Casual: Beat the entire Story Mode.
• Valentine's Monika: Play an alternate version of Epiphany.
• Hex Outfit: Get an accuracy of 90% or higher on "Glitcher (Monika Mix)".
• Senpai Outfit: Beat "Wilted" on Mirror Mode.
• Blue Skies Monika: Play "Reconciliation" on Mirror Mode.
• Vigilante Outfit: Pick Monika at the midway point of "You and Me".

Sayori^note her background appearances and her appearance in "Catfight" are not affected by this

• Uniform: Available by default.
• Casual: Beat the entire Story Mode.
• Sleep Wear Outfit: Experience a Bad Ending or beat "Joyride" on Mirror Mode.
• Picnic Outfit: Pick Sayori at the midway point of "You and Me".
• Grace's Outfit: Get an accuracy of 90% or higher on "It's Complicated (Sayori Mix)".
• Zipper Hoodie: Get an accuracy of 90% or higher in "Constricted".
• Blue Skies Sayori: Play "My Confession" on Mirror Mode.

Natsuki^note her background appearances are not affected by this

• Uniform: Available by default.
• Casual: Beat the entire Story Mode.
• Skater Outfit: Pick Natsuki at the midway point of "You and Me".
• Kapi's Outfit: Get an accuracy of 90% or higher on "Beathoven (Natsuki Mix)".
• Sunday's Outfit: Have a save file for Vs. Sunday or play "Baka" on Mirror Mode.
• Hank's Antipathy Gear: Find and click on a certain vulgar assassin in the Art Gallery.
• Blue Skies Natsuki: Pick Natsuki as your playable character for "Catfight".
• Buffsuki: Press B and Enter while highlighting Natsuki's normal outfit to use this costume.

Yuri^note her background appearances are not affected by this

• Uniform: Available by default.
• Casual: Beat the entire Story Mode.
• Derby: Pick Yuri as your playable character for "Catfight".
• Picnic Dress: Pick Yuri at the midway point of "You and Me".
• Taki's Outfit: Get an accuracy of 90% or higher on "Crucify (Yuri Mix)".
• Tabi's Outfit: Have a save file for Vs. TABI Ex Boyfriend or play "Obsession" on Mirror Mode.
• Blue Skies Yuri: Play "Shrinking Violet" on Mirror Mode.

MC^note his background appearances are not affected by this

• Uniform: Available by default.
• Casual: Beat the entire Story Mode.
• Rude#1's Outfit: Have a save file for Hotline 024 or beat BOTH "Deep Breaths" and "Poems n' Thorns" on Mirror Mode.
• Blue Skies MC: Fail "You and Me" by picking no Doki.
• Henry Outfit: Get an accuracy of 90% or higher on "Titular (MC Mix)".

• Free Play: Complete the Prologue week.
• Mirror Mode and Randomised Notes: Complete the Festival Week.
