Cosmic Disclosure is a Talk Show about a conspiracy theory straight out of science fiction: Humanity has bases on many planets and is in contact with aliens, a fact that the Cabal is trying to hide from the general public. A group of extraterrestrials called the Sphere Being Alliance wants to end this secrecy and give the public all the wisdom and technology hidden from them, a process they call "disclosure."

Human evolution saw interference from many alien groups. Our creators and other aliens have repeatedly reached out to us, with mixed results. Throughout history, societies who listened to the aliens achieved technology levels far above the rest of their kind and left for faraway or hidden lands, creating "breakaway civilizations" separate from society as we know it. On the other hand, humans on Earth are denied the truth by the powerful Cabal. To make things worse, some of the aliens don't have our best interests in mind, and neither do the most recent breakaway civilization: the space Nazis.

The world governments may have hidden the truth from their citizens, but they still wanted in on space colonization. They created a secret space program known by many codenames over the years, most notably Solar Warden. Today, numerous citizens are kidnapped by governments to serve this program. When they return, their memories are wiped and government records are patched up as if they had never left Earth. Corey Goode is one of these citizens. After being discharged, he seemed set to live an ordinary life free of extraterrestrial weirdness until the Blue Avians arrived.

The Blue Avians, on behalf of the Sphere Being Alliance, explained to Corey that they are here to help humanity break free of the Cabal and ascend to the next density. They encouraged Corey to spread their message. He found a platform on Gaia.com and teamed up with ufologist author David Wilcock (non-ufologists are more likely to know one of the shows he worked on, Ancient Aliens.) They created Cosmic Disclosure, a interview show where people who claim to have worked in the Secret Space Program share their experiences.

Corey Goode was initially the only whistleblower featured, but new whistleblowers were gradually invited on, including Clifford Stone, Emery Smith, Jason Rice, Tony Rodrigues, and Randy Cramer. Later in the show's run, Corey Goode and Gaia had a falling out, ultimately leading to a lawsuit and the other whistleblowers permanently replacing him on the show.

This show provides examples of:

  • Advanced Ancient Acropolis: The Agarthans live in highly advanced underground cities, hidden from the surface world.
  • Advanced Ancient Humans: The ancient builder race, who explored space and inner earth with much more advanced technology than ours.
  • Ancient Astronauts: The Sphere Alliance has visited Earth three times before, and 22 alien groups have modified human DNA.
  • Ancient Conspiracy: The Elite, also known as the Cabal and The Illuminati.
  • Ascend to a Higher Plane of Existence: Humanity's next step is to ascend to a higher "density."
  • Beneath the Earth: There's all sorts of cool stuff there, like self-contained ecosystems, remnants of the Advanced Ancient Humans' expeditions, and the Agarthan cities.
  • Big Bad: The Cabal, who keep humans in the dark about the true nature of their species and the universe.
  • Bird People: The Blue Avians, an alien species with feathers and beaks. They don't have wings though.
  • Blue Is Heroic: The Sphere Being Alliance, the group trying to expose the Cabal's Ancient Conspiracy, is associated with blue. Two of their prominent species are the Blue Avians and the Blue Orbs.
  • Clap Your Hands If You Believe: Humans' species-wide shared consciousness allows them to change reality if a lot of them meditate together.
  • Deflector Shields: The Sphere Alliance puts these around Earth and its entire solar system. It's temporarily grounded many Secret Space Program operations.
  • The Empath: The Secret Space Program has ranks of intuitive empaths. Their powers aren't limited to emotions; they can sense other abstract concepts like "danger" and "potential."
  • Evil Cannot Comprehend Good: Downplayed in that humans aren't exactly evil, just less developed. Humans doubt the Sphere Alliance's help because as a lower density species, they assume everyone is acting in their own self-interest and don't understand the true altruism of higher density species like the Sphere Alliance members.
  • Evolutionary Levels: Densities are evolutionary levels for intelligent species. Higher density species are wiser, kinder, and happier. Humanity is third density, evolving to fourth density.
  • Fantastic Racism: The Draco are genetic purists, only accepting groups with reptilian blood. It might have influenced their allies, the Nazis.
  • Friendly War: The Cold War was one. The US and USSR were actually allies, faking rivalry as a gimmick. Of course, only the highest clearance government officials knew this, and civilians believed it was a real war.
  • Go Mad from the Revelation: One of the obstacles to full disclosure is that learning the truth will traumatize a lot of people.
  • The Greys: Quite a few ET species can be classified as Grays.
  • Hive Mind: It's actually called the shared consciousness, because the term "hive mind" has too many negative connotations. Humans already have one, which they subconsciously use to co-create reality.
  • Humanoid Aliens:
    • The Blue Avians are humanoid with feathers and a beak.
    • The Draco are scaly reptilian humanoids with red eyes.
  • Humans Are Special: Human DNA was subjected to extensive experimentation by 22 different groups. The result is that humans feel a wider range of emotions than other species, which makes some aliens envious.
  • Indian Burial Ground: There are buried chambers containing members of the ancient builder race in time bubbles that serve a similar function to cryopreservation. The ones in America are mainly below Indian burial grounds.
  • Laser-Guided Amnesia: The Secret Space Program erases the memories of people discharged from their ranks. Got to keep the Masquerade going.
  • Lizard Folk: The Draco are reptilians. They look like scaled humanoids with piercing red eyes.
  • Magic Versus Science: Inverted. The best way to advance in either field is to combine science and spirituality. That's how the 1920's German occultists (who later founded the Nazi Party) got ahead of other scientists.
  • Make Wrong What Once Went Right: The Nazis have used time travel against their enemies, such as when they planted mines under Secret Space Program bases before they were constructed. They have no interest in causing an Alternate-History Nazi Victory, because modern Nazis are more interested in scientific discovery than expansionism, and they weren't hurt by Germany's defeat because they had already fled to various other places including Antarctica and the moon.
  • Masquerade: The world of aliens is hidden from most people and only accessible to the Secret Space Program.
  • Misery Builds Character: The Secret Space Program's virtual reality training pits you against your worst fears, and your memories are temporarily blocked so you'll think it's all real. But it's all to make you stronger.
  • Over-the-Top Secret: The US government's Secret Space Program is behind a clearance level of over one hundred.
  • Pineal Weirdness: The Secret Space Program shocks employees to activate their pineal glands. For Corey, it was intended to increase his intuition powers. Even the whistleblowers don't really know what the pineal gland is for, but it's associated with astral projection and the light body.
  • Religion Is Wrong: At least three religions were accidentally created by aliens, and the reason humans are religious is because they were genetically engineered to serve a higher power.
  • Reptiles Are Abhorrent: The Draco, who are reptilians, are allies with the Nazis, and humans who see them claim they look like demons.
  • Secret History: The Secret Space Program and all the crazy aliens the whistleblowers describe are real. They're just hidden behind Over-the-Top Secret security, and most people returning from space have their memories wiped.
  • Skepticism Failure: When asked where his proof was, Corey responded that his skeptics would be painfully proven wrong when disclosure comes.
  • Spiders Are Scary: Corey had some encounters with giant spiders during his virtual reality training. Turns out he's really scared of them.
  • Starfish Aliens: The Blue Orbs are Exactly What It Says on the Tin: floating blue orbs. They communicate with humans telepathically.
  • Stop Worshipping Me: The Sphere Alliance, a group of ascended civilizations, has contacted humans three times before, but every time their message was turned into a religion. This time, they gave a warning not to worship them or any messengers they might send.
  • Stupid Jetpack Hitler: The Nazis went to the moon and beyond with the help of the Agarthans, an underground civilization, and the Draco Alliance, an alien group.
  • Sufficiently Advanced Magic: Spirituality and science are combined to advance faster in both fields.
  • Take That, Critics!: Corey sometimes addresses "the haters." He claims he will be proven right as the haters undergo a Skepticism Failure... eventually.
  • Talking in Your Dreams: The Blue Avians' preferred means of contacting humans.
  • Teleportation Sickness: Early teleportation could cause a sort of dementia, but spacefarers eventually learned to counteract it.
  • Time Dilation: Members of the ancient builder race are stored inside underground pods that dilate time. They could spend a few minutes inside and come out years later.
  • To Unmasque the World: The Sphere Being Alliance's ultimate goal is to overthrow the Cabal and show the public the world of aliens.
  • Translator Microbes: The groups modifying human DNA hold conferences with chairs that allow visitors to understand the ET language being spoken.
  • Underground City: The Agarthans live in a network of them.
  • Why Did It Have to Be Snakes?: Exploited by the Secret Space Program's virtual reality training exercises. Trainees have to face their worst fears in the simulation to build mental strength. For Corey, it was spiders.
