The Falling Citadel is a Discord roleplay link
about a falling city. It is also a Massive Multiplayer Crossover featuring elements and events from many franchises.
The Falling Citadel contains examples of:
- Adaptational Wimp:
- While Sakuya Izayoi is very overpowered within this canon, she was nerfed severely for the purposes of this roleplay.
- Surprisingly, Sir Drage is this; his armor, weapons, and powers were all scaled down for this canon.
- Aerith and Bob: Some names are perfectly normal, like Lewis and Chris Bradshaw. Some are normal but foreign like Antoni Vilar and Masaki Tatsuo. Then there's Reid Dragkon and Sir Drage of Apollyon.
- Arson, Murder, and Jaywalking: Lewis Bradshaw's dislikes are pedophiles... and spiders.
- Blow You Away: Masaki Tatsuo's blessing is this, as well as the magical item Home of Dark Winds.
- Charles Atlas Superpower: Lewis/Chris Bradshaw's insane strength. Justifed by the fact that regeneration prevents exhaustion during training.
- Curb Stomp Cushion: Most battles, even very one-sided ones, don't end in one move.
- Energy Absorption: Antoni Vilar's Blessing works this way. He can absorb any elemental attack and use it later however he wants.
- Everyone Is a Super: Everyone who was born in the city in the last thirty-two years, anyway.

- Master of Illusion: Neo Politan's Blessing.
- Killed Off for Real:
- Lewis Bradshaw, surprisingly. However, his son replaced him immediately thereafter.
- Roman Torchwick, killed by Chris Bradshaw's insane strength and Antoni's Energy Absorption powers.
- Know When to Fold 'Em: Remilia Scarlet flees the scene of battle when Sakuya is severely injured by a flame attack. Neo Politan did the same earlier when Sakuya showed off her Time Master abilities.
- Mass Super-Empowering Event: Thirty-two years ago, something happened that caused every baby born within the walls of the city to get a magical gift known as a Blessing. At the same time, the floating city began falling.
- Playing with Fire: Roman Torchwick's Blessing.
- A vampire cultist has a Blessing like this.
- Police Are Useless: Averted. The Town Guard are actually very competent, and three of them managed to stand up to Sir Drage.
- Psycho Rangers: The Scarlet Devil Mansion crew.
- Shock and Awe: The Vilar Servant's blessing. Antoni has a habit of baiting it out of him so he can use it later.
- Superpower Lottery: Some blessings are... very overpowered.
- Sakuya Izayoi's Blessing, Lunar Dial, is the only one currently rated A+.
- Sir Drage's Blessing, Baneful Fist, is very overpowered in certain situations.
- Time Master: Sakuya Izayoi. Although it's severely nerfed from Touhou Project canon.
- Unholy Matrimony: Remilia and Sakuya.
- Weaponized Teleportation: Reid Dragkon's Blessing works this way.
- Your Soul Is Mine!: Drage's Blessing.
