Dan gets the night off so he can go see Tom Waits, but Steve Sarris (Cress Williams), Dan's replacement, ends up being so distracted by his recent breakup with his girlfriend that his appearance goes poorly. Natalie and Jeremy fight about her wanting them to go to a club. Dana and Sam have a moment concerning a gun in her office.
