A wholesome adventure in property damage!

Orel meets Coach Stopframe's nephew, Joe, and learns an aspect of friendship is undying loyalty. He helps Joe have fun, even if he thinks his idea of it is cruel (such as throwing rocks at cars and beating up gay kids), while neglecting his other friends in the process.

Tropes present:

  • Ambiguously Related: Coach Stopframe introduces Joe as his nephew, implying some connection to the Secondopinionsons. This is never explicitly explained, even in the future episode Dumb, which focuses on Joe's family.
  • Because I Said So: This is how Clay justifies why God wants parents to hit their children.
  • Blind Obedience: Orel goes with whatever Joe wants to do, even if he objects.
  • Broken Record: The kids in the Blacklist Forest Preserve repeat "you're nice" to each other.
  • Cringe Comedy: Rev. Putty's joke about omelettes is stretched out as far as it can go while everyone else is confused or silent.
  • Drives Like Crazy: Clay is so careless while driving that he uproots trees with his car.
  • Drunk Driver: Clay drives to Orel right after downing some scotch.
  • Funny Background Event: The church sign reads "'Sinfully good' is not always that bad" in this episode.
  • Heteronormative Crusader: One of Joe's activities is to beat up gay people.
  • Honking Arriving Car: This is how Clay gets Orel's attention after finding him in the forest.
  • Insistent Terminology: Putty scolds Orel for not referring to his "omelette face mask" joke correctly.
  • In Vino Veritas: Orel's friends spill where he and Joe are after getting drunk.
  • Last-Second Word Swap: In the opening song:
My grandma fell of of the rooftop
Oh, granny you've got some bad luck
But oh, what she said when she fell on her head
    She let out an ear-splitting
    Follow Jesus!
  • Limerick: The verse above has the same structure until it hits the chorus.
  • Solar-Powered Magnifying Glass: How Joe and Orel torture ants.
  • Spoof Aesop:
    • Ask your friends to join in on beating up gay people.
    • It doesn't matter who you hurt as long as they're not your friends.
    • God wants parents to hit their children.
