Orel and his friends go through a haunted house hosted by the church, where's Orel's disappointed to find he wasn't scared once. He decides the best way to get scared is break the Ten Commandments, which would make him fear God (if only for Halloween, as he plans to repent afterward).
Tropes present:
- Blackface: One of the "monsters" in the haunted house is a white man, dressed as a groom, wearing blackface.
- Frozen Dinner of Loneliness: Rev. Putty's frozen dinner is even called "Lonely Man."
- Spoof Aesop: No monster's scarier than God.
- Time-Passes Montage: There's a montage of Orel breaking each Commandment.
