Austin Powers has definitely produced some shagadelic memes, baby, YEAH! It's even been argued the sequels films carried out variations on jokes from the first in order to force them into becoming memetic. Even so; it worked.

• Ending sentences with "baby" is a Verbal Tic for Austin comparable to This Is for Emphasis, Bitch!. Adding "yeah!" after is optional.

• "One MILLION dollars!" *Puts little finger to mouth* It was so overplayed, even King Hussein of Jordan was doing it before he died.
• Sharks with Frickin' Laser Beams attached to their heads!
• "When Dr. Evil gets angry, Mr. Bigglesworth gets upset. And when Mr. Bigglesworth gets upset, people DIE!"
• Screencaps of this scene of Dr. Evil and his henchmen laughing evilly has provided endless templates for image macros.
• Likewise, screencaps of Dr. Evil doing Air Quotes, especially this one◊.
• There's an occasionally-used meme... "is it an evil meme?" No, it's just this dumb joke... "is it an evil dumb joke?" You always do this!
• "Riiiiiiiiiight..."
• "Throw me a frickin' bone here!"
• "SILENCE! I WILL NOT TOLERATE YOUR INSOLENCE!"
• "I shall call him 'Mini-Me'."
• "You just don't get it, do you?"
• "How about NOOOOOO?" Adding "You crazy Dutch bastard!" is optional.

Others

• "Well listen up, sonny Jim: AH ATE A BABEH! Oh, aye! BABY! The other other white meat! Baby: it's what's for dinner!"
• "C'mere, I'm gonna eat ya! I'm bigger than you, I'm higher on the food chain! GET IN MAH BELLEH!"
• "I'M DEAD SEXY! LOOK AT MY SEXY BODEH!"
• "OHHHHHH, RIGHT IN THE MUMMY-DADDY BUTTON!"
• Each film includes a sequence of various on-lookers (and celebrity cameos) noticing something in the sky, with the camera cutting to a new shot right when they say a euphemism. This is often parodied.
  • The Spy Who Shagged Me version in particular took on new life in 2021, following the Blue Origin NS-16 launch that also used a rather evocative rocket design.
• "I love goooooold."
• "'Mojo'. The libido, the essence, the life force, the right stuff."
• "Fasha", alternatively spelled "Faja" (How Goldmember pronounces "father" with his Funetik Aksent)
• "There's only two things I can't stand in this world..." Usually followed by the second thing contradicting the first and making yourself look like a Hypocrite.
• "Mini-Me" has become a fairly common slang term for a person who reminds someone of a younger version of themself.
