One day, in a certain private school with dormitories, the whole school was transported into another world. I, Kaya Kazuhisa, from the 1st Grade of the High School Section, had been bullied for long periods of time. To kill the culprit who had bullied me, I dug a trap, but unexpectedly I killed a monster. From that moment, I evolved into a rare existence that can go against the monsters.At the same day, I saved a girl from Middle School Section 3rd Grade, Shimozono Arisu in the forest from an Orc. When I was working with Arisu to defeat the Orcs, and gradually leveled up, I was forced to make a choice: Should I choose the Summon Magic which is suitable for surviving alone? Or should I choose Support Magic which is used when battling together with others?

- Abusive Parents: One has to wonder why Arisu's and Tamaki's adoptive parents wanted to adopt them. Once the poor girls got to their new home, they were treated like shit, and emotionally abused, horribly, for the slightest infraction, real or imagined, greatly traumatizing them as a result.
- Achievement In Ignorance: The protagonist, Kayu, digs a pit-trap, looking to kill the bully ringleader, Saso, who was trying to murder him with bullycide. Said bully retreated from the trap due to an earthquake. A moment later, an orc falls into the trap and dies, giving Kayu the honor of being the first monster killer, and gaining a level-up.
- Adults Are Useless: Worse than useless. The main character endured levels of "bullying" that rival the treatment of concentration camp survivors, and the teachers actively assisted the ringleader.
- Alien Sky: The night sky of this new world has at least two moons, and they shine witn an eerie green light, in addition to the constellations not matching any known record.
- Always Chaotic Evil: The monsters do horrible things, just for fun, both to the students, and to each other.
- Amazon Brigade: Since the vast majority of the survivors Kayu rescues are women, his faction inevitably becomes this.
- Bitch in Sheep's Clothing: Arisu's and Tamaki's adoptive parents, not to mention the bully ringleader, Saso, are great at presenting a kind, loving appearance to the general public, but are absolutely monstrous on their intended targets, those who can't run, hide, or fight back.
- Breeding Slave: One of the truly evil things the monsters do is kidnap women and turn them into seedbeds. In fact, nearly 300 of the classmates are kidnapped by the orc army and used to forcefully breed giant wasps. It's such a horrific experience the victims all die as a result, either as a result of the trauma, suicide, or a Mercy Kill.
- Bring Me My Brown Pants: Justified. On many occasions, the sheer terror of monster attacks, especially the murdering, raping, and heinous orcs, cause the girls being targeted by said attacks to lose control of their bladders and bowels. Kayu goes into detail explaining the physiological and psychological reason behind why this happens as part of the "flight, fight, freeze, or beg" response, which he viewed on an in-universe documentary.
- Crapsack World: This new world is a horrible place to live, with monsters rampaging around, killing and raping, just because they can, and that's only the first wave.
- Deconstructed Trope: The story does not skip over the physiological and psychological trauma that comes with an entire school suddenly finding itself in a whole new world and immediately being set upon by monsters looking to kill everyone inside, and rape all the women, just for fun, apparently.
- God's Hands Are Tied: Due to an ancient agreement between the gods of good and the gods of evil, no god will take direct action on this new world. With the gods of good having created the natives, and the gods of evil having created the monsters elsewhere.
- Godzilla Threshold: Things are so bad, the first time Kaya comes across a native human kingdom, the king had to use his subjects as bait to lure the monster army into a lethal trap, and even then, it's not enough!
- Gone Horribly Right: In this new world's lore, a small kingdom was being invaded by a much larger and stronger kingdom. Seeing no other options, the smaller kingdom turned to summoning monsters to attack the larger kingdom, in self-defense. The monsters attacked the larger kingdom, alright, and then turned around and attacked the small kingdom who summoned them, and kept going, breeding explosively, bringing the world to the brink of extinction.
- Gratuitous Rape: In universe. The orcs go around raping all the women they can get their hands on, just because they can.
- Human Sacrifice: The kidnapped students aren't just turned to seedbeds. They are fed, alive, to an Eldritch Abomination in order to summon more and more powerful troops.
- Kidnapped by the Call: An entire mountain, where the titular high-school and middle-school reside was whisked away to another world, setting off an earthquake in the process.
- Last Fertile Region: The Maou army, using an Eldritch Abomination as a gateway, in addition to summoning more troops and transferring large numbers of troops around, is summoning their Eldritch Location world to this new one, making the land uninhabitable for the natives. As of the most recent chapters, this leaves behind only seven very small locations still viable, one of which is the very mountain that was summoned from Earth, with the elite, remote high-school containing the main characters, and by the time the main characters learn this, it's already one day away from The End of the World as We Know It.
- Men Are the Expendable Gender: The first monsters encountered, orcs, kill all the men they come across right away, but take their sweet time raping the women and then kill them when they get bored. This allows Kayu to rescue them but leaves him as The One Guy in his faction.
- Monster Misogyny: The monsters exclusively use women for Human Sacrifice rituals, as seedbeds to increase their troops numbers, and as venting tools to keep the troops happy. Men are just summarily killed.
- Neglectful Precursors: The original gods that created the world abandoned the place after creating the natives, but the whole planet had only a handful of habitable islands, that were way, way too small for their representative races, so conflict over resources inevitably ensued. A brand new set of gods arrived, saw the spectacle, felt sorry for the natives, and after reclaiming an entire continent for them, also left the world behind, leaving little evidence of their passing.
- No Body Left Behind: When killed, all monsters disappear in a puff of smoke, leaving crystals behind.
- Orphan's Ordeal: Arisu and Tamaki are both orphans who get adopted, but rather than getting loving homes, are treated as absolute shit by their adoptive parents, traumatizing them.
- Power Perversion Potential: Combined with Loophole Abuse. On several occasions, Kayu has sex with his haremettes in "The white room" where the level-up occurs because returning to the "real world" reverts everyone to the same state they were before they went to said room. Ergo, the girls get their virginity back, and fear of Surprise Pregnancy is not an issue!
- Reckless Pacifist: As if the monster threat wasn't already bad enough, when Kaya manages to find a native population that can help, and wins them over after a hard fight, his party comes under attack from The Pacifists. This group claims to want peaceful coexistence with the monsters, either because of or in spite of monster atrocity, but are active traitors that launch terrorist attacks on their own soldiers, medics, even friends and family, who are risking life and limb to protect them.
- RPG Mechanics 'Verse: Invoked. Being brought to this new world and killing a monster immediately causes a level-up event, and the recipient has to choose classes and skills.
- School Bullying Is Harmless: The entire high-school that Kayu was compelled to attend certainly thought so. Kayu, the victim, strongly disagreed.
- Screw the Rules, I Have Connections!: The bully ringleader treated the secluded high-school as his own personal fiefdom, with the teachers complying because he's the son of the director. The director himself somehow smuggled in a rifle-shotgun hybrid onto the property for the same reason.
- Skill Scores and Perks: Choosing a class and raising skill levels gives all sorts of perks that make the fight easier.
- So Last Season: The monsters Kayu and team struggle against become easy to deal with after a level up or two. In return, the monsters the survivors have to deal with get progressively stronger, making it harder for other survivors rescued to get that first level up...
- Sorting Algorithm of Evil: Each wave of monsters is stronger and more heinous than the last.
- Teens Are Monsters: Holy, moley. The main character was bullied not just by a small gang of thugs, but by the entire population of a high-school, including the faculty. In fact, the ringleader of the bullying is later seen to be indistinguishable in behavior from the very orcs that the survivors have to fight against.
- We Have Reserves: The monsters will tear through their own underlings to get at their intended prey, and the leader of the "High-school" faction uses his underlings as shields and bait, happily.
