"The only reason I've gotten this far, is because I met you Ms. Miorine. I'm sure that part wasn't a mistake."

As dark and sad this entry of the Gundam franchise could be, there are plenty of glimmers of hope that can be seen.

PROLOGUE and Star of the Cradle
  • Ericht family is rather happy getting ready to celebrate their fourth birthday. While what happens to them is rather heartbreaking, it is nice to see how they seem rather close to each other. Seeing her parents supporting each other when they are worried about the future is a nice touch.
  • When it seems like Suletta is going to run from going to AST, she then whispers the same words that have gotten her through life thus far - "If you run, you gain one, but if you go forward, you gain two." This causes Aerial to realize that Suletta is no longer the scared little girl that used to hide in her cockpit, and helps her resolve to stay by Suletta no matter what.
  • It is touching that Aerial is fine with helping Elnora get her revenge and understands why she wishes it, but she doesn’t want Suletta to be dragged into it.

Episode 1: The Witch and the Bride
  • Suletta's Establishing Character Moment showcases that Suletta doesn't hesitate to try to save someone the moment she noticed she saw that the person was seemingly in danger. Suletta is initially confused by Miorine saying Suletta got in the way of her 'escape', she decides to take it to heart and tell her later she'll help her 'escape', and she'll take 'responsibility'.
  • Despite Miorine acting abrasive towards Suletta for the Unwanted Rescue, she quickly proves to be far from a spoiled brat, and there might be a kinder side.
    • She pulls Suletta out of the way when Guel knowingly takes his duel to the drill area which puts the students, including Suletta, in danger.
    • She gives Suletta a tomato when she hears Suletta's stomach growling.
    • She doesn't look down on Suletta for not knowing what a tomato is after it becomes clear Suletta's life on Mercury made her ignorant of many things.
    • She gives Suletta a map in exchange for leaving her alone.
  • When no one is willing to help Miorine stop Guel from destroying her garden, Suletta steps up and slaps Guel's butt quite literally.
    • Suletta demands Guel apologize to Miorine. She duels Guel to force him to. Guel tells her that if she loses, Suletta has to leave the school which she accepts.
    • Miorine attempts to protest the said duel.
  • Miorine shows a bit of a 'dere' side to Suletta after she wins the duels. She doesn't seem to mind having Suletta as her new fiancé. Considering the Jerkass she previously had, Suletta would be a considerable step up.

    Episode 2: Cursed Mobile Suit
  • Despite Suletta having just claimed the title of Holder from Guel (as well as the status of being Miorine's fiancee), Miorine assures Suletta that she had no intention of following up on it against her will understanding that the other girl had no idea what winning meant and that she may not be on board with the engagement.
  • Miorine attempts to prevent Suletta from being arrested, but she is overruled.
  • While it is too early to tell and despite the circumstances of the duel being brought into scrutiny: Guel shows himself to possibly be somewhat of a Graceful Loser by having his brother and followers offer to repair Miorine's greenhouse, as per the conditions Suletta gave if she won their duel.
  • When Miorine takes Guel's posse up on fixing her greenhouse, she outright tells them not to touch her mother's tomatoes or she would kill them. This makes the fact she willingly gave Suletta one of these tomatoes in the previous episode all the more heartwarming.
  • For all of Miorine’s bravado about how Suletta shouldn’t get involved in other people’s problem, the moment she found out Suletta was in danger of being expelled and her Mobile Suit scrapped, she sprang into action. While she was denied access to see Suletta at the time, it is heartwarming she put the effort in. While Miorine is understandably pissed by how her father is trying to force his decisions on her, she seems especially angered that he wants to nullify her engagement to Suletta.
  • Elan Ceres giving Suletta food which she is grateful for. Despite Elan’s stoic demeanor and apparent inability to show love, he seems capable of some level of compassion and decency.
  • Miorine gives up her chance to escape to Earth, so she can confront her abusive father and help Suletta. In their brief time together, Suletta seems to be rubbing off on Miorine as she takes a page of Suletta’s Survival Mantra from and challenges her father to a duel. Her only demand is that if she and Suletta win, her father has to accept Suletta as her fiancé or else he will be seen as a dishonorable hypocrite who does not follow his own rules in front of everyone.
  • Miorine and Suletta hugging each other briefly at the end of the episode. In a short time, Miorine has gone a long way from head butting the girl to being willing to hug her. While the moment is cut short by telling Suletta they have to win a duel or everything goes to hell, it was still nice.

    Episode 3: Guel's Pride
  • Miorine once again indicates she doesn’t plan on forcing Suletta into a marriage that she doesn’t want to take part in.
  • Nika and Suletta’s brief interaction showcases the two are slowly developing a friendship. Nika was excited to learn more about Suletta’s Mobile Suit while Suletta was more comfortable talking to her.
  • When Suletta delivers fertilizer to Miorine, she at first respects Miorine’s previously established boundaries by leaving them at the door. Miorine allows Suletta to enter her beloved greenhouse, in contrast with episode 1 where she is irritated at Suletta for merely standing near it. It shows that despite her Tsundere front, she is slowly growing to trust her new friend. Suletta asks Miorine if they are best friends. Miorine has a bit of a Tsundere reaction that causes Suletta to back off. However, Miorine doesn’t actually say no to it. Instead, she simply tells her regardless of what they are to each other won’t mean anything unless Suletta wins.
  • Suletta thanks Elan for giving her bread in the previous episode. Elan also becomes the first person Suletta exchanges contact information with which allows her to complete something from her list.
    • Elan shows interest on what is on Suletta’s list. She tells him a few items, and he tells her that he hopes she completes them.
    • Due to Miorine contacting Suletta at the end of the episode, this means they exchanged contact information as well.
  • Despite the others teasing Guel about him losing, Sulleta tells Secilia it is wrong to laugh at Guel which leaves him puzzled. When he speaks to her on the elevator, Suletta tells him that he's brave and tells him her mother's philosophy on gaining experience which he seems to have an effect on him.
  • Guel, despite having a lot to lose in his rematch against Suletta, is angry that his father is interfering in the match by not only giving him an AI that would do the fighting for him, but also by activating the sprinklers. It shows despite his dueling tendencies, he does have a sense of honor.
  • Comes with funny, but after Suletta wins her rematch against Guel, a lot of students send her messages of congratulations. Miorine calmly tells her her what to do about it. Miorine is quickly getting used to Suletta’s naïveté.
  • After Suletta wins, Miorine contacts her to congratulation her on their victory. The first thing Miorine emphasizes about Suletta's win is that she won't get expelled before expressing joy over defeating her father. For that matter: Miorine's genuine smile and joy over finally getting a victory over her father. Her joyous laughter says it all. This marks the first time Miorine has smiled outside of the opening and closing theme songs.
  • Suletta attempting to give Miorine an Affectionate Nickname, Mio-Mio. While Miorine rejects it, it is heartwarming that Suletta views Miorine as a friend. Miorine is aware of Suletta’s list. While she rejected Suletta’s attempts at a nickname, she didn’t necessarily reject considering Suletta a friend.
  • Guel, being so moved by Suletta apologizing for underestimating him and saying he's a good opponent, proposes to Suletta for marriage.

    Episode 4: Unseen Trap
  • After hearing that Suletta has trouble finding a Spotter and Mechanic for her exams because no one wants to make enemies with the Jeturk house, Nika doesn't hesitate to introduce her to her fellow Earthians who in turn need little convincing to offer their help. Well, other than Chu Chu, but it's the thought that counts, and she comes around by the end.
  • When the deal with the Earth House falls through, Miorine says that Suletta should have come to her in the first place, quickly learning the basics of both jobs in just a few hours and even letting her sleep over in her room, then listening to her hopes and dreams of wanting to open a school on Mercury (which she later reminds Suletta during the makeup exam). A far cry from the girl who claims to just want Suletta around to get out of any engagements.
  • During a rather tense ’conversation’ between Miorine and Elan, Suletta outright tells Miorine that she is wrong about Elan, and that he's a nice person.
  • Chuchu, while hot-tempered at minimum and outright hostile at worst, is able to happily enjoy a phone call with a group of craft operators back home on Earth. All of the men in the call tell Chuchu to stay strong and that they believe in her, making her seem like a surrogate sister or daughter to them.
  • When Suletta bursts into tears during her exam, Miorine doesn't mock or insult her at all, only firmly encouraging her to try again.
  • After Suletta breaks down in tears after failing the test one too many times, Chuchu, who initially was hostile to her due to her being a Spacian, runs up to her bullies and punches one of them unconscious before having a fist fight with the other, defending Suletta by saying that she is carrying the hopes of others while they are just playing dirty. Once they get scolded by the teachers, Chuchu is noticeably nicer to Suletta and while surprised, doesn't ultimately put up much resistance when Nika invites her to the Earth house.

Episode 5: Reflection in an Icy Eye
  • Suletta has already become a part of Earth House at this point, sharing a bedroom with the House's other girls and all of them seem to get along with her, even Chuchu. They don't show any ill will to Miorine either whenever she shows up, in spite of her being less than friendly as usual. This implies that, just like how Nika vouching for Suletta was enough for some of the others to accept her, Suletta's friendship with Miorine was enough for them to trust her and allow her to hang around Earth House even if she is not an Earthian.
  • Suletta has another call with her mother, and happily tells her about her upcoming date with Elan. Her mother, in turn, is happy for her.
  • Guel, despite claiming not to care about her, is visibly enraged when he sees that Elan had made Suletta cry, so much so that he immediately accepts Elan's challenge for a duel and then steals his brother's mobile suit, even though he was expressly forbidden by their father to duel anymore.

    Episode 6: A Gloomy Song
  • When Suletta expresses doubts about herself for having trusted Elan, Miorine who at the beginning of the episode was angry at Suletta for agreeing to duel Elan without her consent, communicates with Suletta. Initially she chastises Suletta of her tendency to meddle in others' affairs and doing things without listening before acknowledging that it is what makes Suletta who she is, with her even calling back Suletta's "move forward gain two" motto back at her in order to encourage Suletta to push onward with her objective, which succeeds in snapping Suletta out of her flunk.
  • After Suletta takes off, Nika smiles back at Miorine suspecting that Miorine had already forgiven Suletta.
  • After testing out Aerial with the new Earth House-created thruster backpack, Suletta lands in the Peil House dock, still seeking a talk with Elan regarding his reasons for duelling her. When even a House-wide broadcast calling Elan does not work, Suletta ends up singing Happy Birthday. On the same, House-wide broadcast.
    • Her rationale for singing that song? She thought that Elan felt empty without a birthday, so she wanted to make that day itself his birthday.
    • Even though he ends up calling her personally to drive her off, as coldly and harshly as he had been in the last episode and this one, Elan does recall an inkling of a childhood memory from Suletta's singing.
  • After his defeat at the hands of Suletta, Suletta personally picks him up from the wreckage of his Pharact and assures him that, like her, there are people who care enough about him to celebrate his birthday with him. This heartfelt assurance from Suletta causes Elan to truly smile for the first time in the series upon this realization.
  • After waiting a while for Elan to show up for the meeting (he never shows up), Miorine is about to take off. As she is about to do so, Suletta thanks her. Miorine in her usual Tsundere matter simply tells her to make it home before curfew.
  • Even though Elan (or at least the Elan we've been seeing thus far) dies, he does not die as someone who was cursed with "not having anything", as he thought he was. He recalls at least a little bit of one of his birthdays, and goes out knowing that there were people who would have cared for him and treated him as a person, even if they would never know his true, tragic fate.

    Episode 7: Shall we Gundam?
  • Mixes with awesome, but Miorine charging onto stage with a business proposal in order to save Suletta from the machinations of the Big Three with her even declaring herself Suletta's bride when she does so. Later, just when it seems like they won't be funded, Miorine throws away her pride and gives Suletta a Declaration of Protection before running off and asking her father, a man she hates, for his endorsement, hoping to use his clout to encourage further investment.
  • Delling not only giving her 3% of the budget to start the funding, but even gives Miorine a sincere warning to beware of the Gundam's Curse, implying that for all his power-grabs and hostile takeovers, his beliefs that the GUND-Arm technology is a danger to people are genuine to some extent. His funding is also heartwarming in itself, its only 3% but that is still 7.2 billion credits on his daughter's spur of the moment plan. He might actually care more about her than he lets on.
  • Miorine had no reason to agree to go to the party just so Suletta could look for Elan, but she did and dolled them both up. Likewise, she had no real reason to allow Nika and Martin to tag along, but did under the reasoning they were the Holder's guests. She even offered to at least lend a dress to Nika as well, the latter only refusing out of embarrassment. Shaddiq said it himself: The Miorine of the past would never go out of her way to do things for others, but here she is doing things for others thanks to Suletta's influence on her.

    Episode 8: Their Choice
  • While it can be played for laughs that Miorine more or less ropes the Earth House children into her company, it is heartwarming that she does it without hesitation after previously working with them to defeat Elan.
  • Miorine spends the entire episode searching up all the information she can find about the GUND-Format to find out how dangerous it actually can be for its pilots. It's the first thing she asks Prospera about during an audience with her, showing that even with time against her and having to find a way to make her company work, she still puts Suletta's health first. She is also somewhat suspicious of Prospera, indicating further concern for Suletta.
  • As Suletta and the Earth House kids wait for Miorine's return for their next course of action, most of them have given up on her believing her to have bailed on them and headed to Earth. Suletta on the other hand continues to believe in Miorine, which she happily expresses when Miorine does return. Suletta even attempts to hug Miorine which Miorine stops her from in her usual Tsundere fashion.
  • After years of being buried under fear mongering, the true purpose of the GUND-Format as a medical tool is made public again with the Earth house being determined to bring the old vision of Vanadis to life this time. While we only see Lady Prospera and Belmeria chuckle about it, you can only imagine the relief they must feel at having their old ideals revived like this.
  • Miorine takes into consideration the Earth House kids' worries about producing war machines and pitches them the option of using the GUND-Format in the medical field instead. It's the more difficult option with no guarantee of already established companies actually being interested in their work, but she still prioritized her peers' feelings on the matter instead of imposing her authority.
  • Ojelo and Nuno have a brief falling out due to their opposing thoughts on whether Gund-Arm Inc. should produce weapons or not. However, after working on the PR video, when everyone is exhausted from their work on the company, the two are able to reconcile with a fist bump.
  • While bringing back a celebratory dinner for everyone, Suletta thanks Miorine for all her hard work, telling her that not only she appreciates how thoughtful she's been, but also that working together with everyone on a project makes her feel like being part of a school club. Miorine, leaning against her with a hand around Suletta's waist, downplays it and says she had to find a way to convince the Earthians to work with her, but it's pretty clear that she shares Suletta's feeling on the matter as indicated by her bright smile and relaxed composure.

Episode 9: If I Could Take One More Step Toward You
  • At first, it seems like Miorine challenging Shaddiq to a duel is yet again her doing things on a whim and dragging a reluctant Earth House along for the ride. However, if you think about it, if she had simply agreed to Shaddiq's offer, that would have truly been inconsiderate to them, as they definitely would have been at the mercy of Spacians. By challenging Shaddiq, Miorine was actually giving them a fighting chance to retain their independence, and her request to broadcast the duel allowed the world to see what Earth House can really do when given the tools for the job. Goes to show how much she has grown to care for not just Suletta, but Earth House itself.
  • When Suletta has a chance meeting with Guel, unlike others who have mistreated him, Suletta is more respectful of him by comparison, trying to recruit him to help fight against Shaddiq's team since she knows he is a good pilot. When he tells her he can't due to his father banning him from dueling, Suletta doesn't attempt to press the issue.
    • Guel doesn't join the duel because he is banned. Not because he doesn't want to or because helping Earth House is beneath him. It seems like Guel was fully willing to agree to help Suletta just because he likes her, if it wasn't for his father's ban.
  • When the two run into each other, Shaddiq tries to get Suletta to convince Miorine to hand over her company to him. Suletta tells him that as Miorine's groom, she will have faith in her bride, highlighting the mutual trust that the two girls have built up and making Shaddiq pause. Additionally, this is the first time Suletta has referred to Miorine as her bride or herself being Miorine's groom. Later during the duel, Suletta continues affirming her trust and faith in Miorine despite Shaddiq trying to get her to surrender again and in the events leading to and during her Heroic Second Wind; all Suletta is thinking about is wanting to fight to support Miorine and the company she made for her and the Earth House.
  • In a very roundabout way, Renee actually seems to care about her "backup boyfriends", getting mad at Lilique for turning one down when he asked her out because she'd "embarrassed" him. She apparently bothers to learn and remember their full names, even.
  • Earth House is actually able to defeat Grassley in the team duel, with Chuchu's winning snipe on Shaddiq only being made possible by everyone on the team sans Suletta using their heavily-damaged mobile suits to prop up her Demi-Trainer and rifle. The trust everyone had in each other and in Miorine's tactics is what clinches them the win against opponents that far outstripped them, especially since Shaddiq's inability to trust his own teammates is what caused him to lose. Also counts as Awesome.
  • After winning, the Earth House kids all celebrate in their dorm for beating Grassley and establishing their company, with their victory acting as splendid advertising to boot. It's the first time Earth House is shown actually enjoying themselves despite being constantly prejudiced against as Earthians.
  • Shaddiq, despite losing, takes it well, undoing the regulations that left Gund-Arm Inc. unable to start and promising Miorine he won't ever harm her company. He also finally comes clean about his true feelings and admits he made the wrong choices with her in the past, holding himself accountable for the rift between them, which also counts as Tearjerker.

    Episode 10: Circling Thoughts
  • Miorine entrusted Suletta to take care of her greenhouse during her business trip. Additionally, Suletta has been keeping track of how long she has been gone down to the hours. She even sets timers on her phone to make sure she remembers to water her plants. When they meet at the end of the episode, Miorine does tell Suletta that she did a good job, but that reunion unfortunately soured.
  • After previously being antagonist towards Suletta in the previous episode, Shaddiq is far more affable towards Suletta, and he has postponed all the duel challenges until Aerial could get repaired. After finding out that Miorine left Suletta in charge of taking care of the greenhouse, Shaddiq can't help but marvel that Suletta is 'one of a kind'.
  • Suletta gets to check one more item off her wish list. Telling a joke and making her friends laugh. In the same scene, Suletta praises Miorine even though she doesn't need to.
  • Suletta buys a gift for Miorine. A pair of matching keychains which she spends the entire episode looking forward to gifting her. Nika tells her that she thinks Miorine might use it because it is cute.
  • Suletta is reluctant to go on a date with Elan because she thought it might hurt Miorine. Even as Elan tells Suletta her "relationship" with Miorine is nothing more than a sham, Suletta refuses to kiss Elan. When she tries to tell Miorine about it later, she seems to be showing signs of commitment towards Miorine as she begins to tell her that she is her "only" something.
  • When Suletta thinks some people are going to harm Miorine’s tomatoes, she tries to protect them only to find out they were there on Miorine’s orders.
  • Very minor, considering their history and the fact that he's business-like as usual, but Delling genuinely praises Miorine on a job well done in the couple of months since she started GUND-ARM, Inc.
  • Guel Jeturk is treated much better by his boss than the way his father treats him, especially when Guel's supervisor encourages him to eat the food he was asked to bring. Unlike in the Academy where his face has usually a frown when alone or with anyone except Suletta, Guel was more relaxed and calm in this episode.
  • While Miorine inadvertently hurt Suletta’s feelings by hiring gardeners and recruiting Elan along with encouraging Suletta to spend time with him without consulting Suletta on how she felt, this all happened because Miorine was trying to lessen the burden on Suletta, showing that, as cold as she appears to be, she does care.

Episode 11: The Witches from Earth
  • While this is overlooked Guel's boss requests the terrorists to let his employees go. He makes no mention of asking them to let him go only his employees. He was willing to let himself remain a hostage so his employees would be spared. While that request is denied, the thought matters.
  • Miorine and Suletta’s heart-to-heart, bridging the communication gap left in the wake of the previous episode. After spending the entire episode in a downward spiral, Suletta vents to Miorine, talking herself down, saying that she feels like a failure because she feels so useless that she's starting to wonder what she's even doing in Asticassia; she assumes Miorine wouldn't know how that feels. Miorine smacks her on the head before launching into a rant, vehemently reminding her that she used to be the one running away from everything she hated instead of facing her challenges head on until Suletta arrived in her life. She is happy now doing things she used to despise the very idea of, specifically because Suletta became her groom. Someone like her, who's always equated self-sufficiency with freedom, relies and appreciates the help Suletta has given her more than she's actually been able to express, and Miorine tells Suletta that if she has something she wants to say that she should say it directly, without running away from the issue or Miorine herself. Wrapping her groom in a hug, Miorine asks her to stay by her side forever and to win every duel, so they won't have to separate. Even after trying to downplay how emotional she's getting by telling Suletta to give more compost to the tomatoes and clean her room twice a week, Miorine ultimately asks her to message her three times a day. Suletta notices Miorine crying, and after being told not to look at her bride, she sinks into their hug and embraces Miorine just as hard.
Miorine: Don't tell me you know what I was like! I was sick of it all! The duels and my lousy father, that's why I wanted to run! I wanted to go to Earth!
Suletta: What are you talking about?
Miorine: It's because you became my groom! You and your stupid "move forward, gain two!". Now I have to run a company, listen to my father's infuriating criticism, and bow my head! You're the one who doesn't get it! Don't you see I'm happy like this?! It's because of you that I don't have to run away anymore! So [hugs Suletta]... don't run from me. If you have something to say, say it! Annoy me like always and move forward. Say you want me to rely on you.
Suletta: Is that... okay? You'll do that?
    Miorine: Say it!
Suletta: Okay. Please... rely on me.
  • Despite claiming they're lame, Miorine smiles while looking at the keychain that Suletta gave her, telling her it's exactly what she would have expected Suletta to think of for a cute present. It's quite the dopey grin, and pretty similar to the one Suletta wore while looking at the keychains when she was walking towards the greenhouse in the previous episode.
  • The second she notices Miorine being too winded to continue chasing her, Suletta bounces back to check up on her despite having been running away from her mere moments before.
  • When she's sulking alone, feeling depressed and rejected by her friends, Suletta calls her mother. Prospera immediately realizes something's wrong, and gently talks her through how she's letting her fears get the better of her, inviting her to come speak with her in person when she doesn't quite seem to be getting through.
  • Miorine expresses confidence that Nika can surpass Belmeria with her engineering skills. The two also get along well enough that Nika can subtly advise her to check up on a conspicuously absent Suletta, and also knows something has happened between them. Nice to see that she is slowly but surely getting along with Earth House bit by bit.

Episode 12: Keep Marching On Instead of Running Off
  • He may be aloof, a complete asshole and a Manipulative Bastard, but Delling had promised his wife he would take care of Miorine, and when the Dawn of Fold attack exposes them to potential death, he doesn't even hesitate to jump in the way and get impaled by debris for it. He had shown moments of respect for her once she started growing out of her shell, but Delling genuinely does care for her, in his prudish way.
  • Miorine, despite all the years of poor treatment from her father, refuses to abandon him after he's injured protecting her, immediately performing first aid and then transporting him to safety. Even when the two are accosted by a terrorist planning to kill Delling, Miorine uses her own body to shield him.
  • Despite the strained relationship between Guel and his father, Vim uses his last words to tell Guel that he is glad Guel is safe, implying that despite Guel's failures for the past 11 episodes, he does love his son.
  • Despite how nightmarish Suletta's actions were and how they were a blatant consequence of her mother's manipulation, Suletta's newfound willingness to kill as well as her gruesome killing of the terrorist threatening Miorine are still partially motivated by her desire to protect her bride. While Prospera has warped Suletta in a horrific way, her heart is nonetheless in the right place.

Episode 13: Envoys from the Earth
  • Suletta declaring to the Earth House that she would protect them all if another terrorist incident happens.
  • While Miorine and Suletta haven’t been able to talk since the incident, Suletta is keeping her promise by taking care of Miorine’s tomatoes on schedule, and sending her three e-mails a day.
  • While it is sad to see Miorine isn't exactly taking good care of herself in the aftermath of the terrorist attack, she is shown to be concerned for her father and his ongoing recovery, which is a 180 from where she was in regards to her relationship with him previously.
  • Sophie introduces herself by Glomping Suletta and treats her like an older sister figure. Suletta for her part happily throws herself into the role, taking Sophie on a tour of Asticassia, with the other girl clearly having the time of her life. And while seasoned audiences might expect it all to be an act to get in Suletta's good graces, Sophie appears to be entirely genuine, even stopping Norea from killing "big sister Suletta".
  • It is understated as Sophie pulls her away before she can give an actual answer, but Suletta is shown to be rather reluctant to go on a date with Elan as she was in Episode 10. Suletta is trying to stay faithful to her promise to Miorine regardless of whether she is present or not.
  • Miorine kept the keychain Suletta gave her, indicating that despite Miorine being traumatized by Suletta’s actions at the end of the previous episode, Miorine still cares for her.
    • When Miorine sees Lady Prospera, she immediately demands to know why she caused Suletta to commit the murder of the terrorist, making clear that she doesn't totally blame Suletta for her actions. After Prospera brushes Miorine's concerns aside with logic and a passing admission of guilt, she asks Miorine to reconcile with Suletta, which Miorine begrudgingly admits she doesn't need to be told to do.

Episode 14: What They Wish For
  • Miorine immediately becomes angry at the idea that Lady Prospera is using Suletta as a means to an end in order to achieve Quiet Zero, clearly wary of Prospera and worried for Suletta's well-being. Miorine’s attitude doesn’t change in the slightest when Prospera ‘assures’ Miorine that Suletta won’t die in any duels she particates in.
  • Suletta doesn't seem to actually have much ill will towards Sophie and Norea despite them attacking Nika earlier, and talks things out with Sophie, who claims that should she win their duel, Suletta would now be her real big sister. Suletta doesn't actually seem very averse to the idea, but shoots her down due to her promise to Miorine to stay by her side and not lose any duels.
  • Chuchu nearly flies into a murderous rage during Dawn of Fold's attack on Asticassia, but quickly snaps out of it when she hears Felsi begging for someone to save Lauda. Despite her hatred for Spacians and her current wrath against the terrorists, she immediately chooses to protect them anyway.
  • It's a bit twisted, but Norea explaining that Sophie's death wasn't by Suletta's hand and instead the result of the Gundam's curse. It was something she didn't need to do, and she could've even attempted to get revenge by killing the defenseless Suletta while she was outside Aerial, but instead all she does is grab Sophie's Gundam gently as if she intends to take her home. Suletta, for her part, also doesn't try anything against Norea either and lets her take the body.

     Episode 15: Father and Child
  • At Dawn of Fold's base, some children take the time to make a grave for Sophie, as she was actually a Cool Big Sis to them prior to her death. While Olcott sees little purpose in it, Naji allows them to go ahead until it was time to evacuate, believing it would be better for them to make peace with her being gone.
  • What fully rouses Guel from his catatonic state was news that Jeturk Heavy Machinery was going bankrupt, not because he actually cares about the company, but because he knows Lauda is the one suffering. He suddenly grabs Olcott, who'd just undid his handcuffs, and begs him to tell him more, clearly worried about his brother.
  • Although he ultimately fails to save her, Guel does his damn hardest to try and save a dying Seethia, carrying her from the destroyed school and borrowing a dead man's mobile suit to try and get her to the refugees' transport, even though she'd just tried to kill him earlier. After her death, as he makes a grave for her with Olcott nearby, Guel asks him where he can find the orbital Permet lift, voicing his desire to make it back into space and avoid losing anything else that connects him to his late father, whether it's his family's company or his brother Lauda. This act manages to earn him Olcott's respect, who tells him that he has to make his own choices about what to next rather than take him hostage again.
  • Rajan is paid a visit by Miorine, who's there to question him about Quiet Zero. Despite her being treated as a pawn by her father and the rest of the group for a long while, he meets her on equal ground from the start, making tea for her and explaining what Delling wanted to accomplish through his work on the project, which in fact was inspired by her late mother Notrette, and how he resorted to the dueling games to try and keep Miorine safe. Rajan finishes by telling Miorine that it's her choice to do as she wants, and that she should follow her heart.

     Episode 16: Cycle of Sin
  • Guel returns to the Benerit Group headquarters, walking in on Lauda and Petra working. After a shocked stare and Guel asking how they've been, Lauda is so happy over seeing his brother again that he passes out from a mix of excitement and exhaustion. While he's unconscious, Petra and Guel have a chance to talk, with Petra telling him how things have been while he was gone, and giving him a sincere smile while welcoming him back. Guel, for his part, tells Petra to look after his brother while he takes care of things.
  • Sabina's Pet the Dog moment, revealing she, as a fellow Earthian, sympathizes with Nika, and this is why she put a stop to Norea's abuse. While she doesn't plan letting Nika go, she won't let Nika be harmed any further, and makes a genuine effort to bring Nika over to their side so she can still accomplish her dream.
  • Miorine returns to Earth House and, compared to their original chilly relationship in the first cour, the members of Earth House now show her explicit trust and respect. Even Chuchu, usually the most volatile and impatient, and despite her concerns for her friend, readily accepts it when Miorine says that they'll have to wait for her contacts to find anything about Nika, instead of getting mad at her.
  • While the others are talking to Miorine, Suletta tries to get her attention, but is too nervous to raise her voice. When it looks like it's heading towards a repeat of Suletta's anxiety in the first cour, Till notices that she's struggling, grabs her hand to raise it, and calls everyone's attention.
  • While their conversation starts off a little awkward, Miorine makes it clear to Suletta that she doesn't hate her like Suletta feared. Instead, she outright states that she feels bad for calling Suletta a murderer, and she should've been grateful to Suletta for saving her and her father's lives. And while their conversation takes a turn for the worse as Miorine realizes just how indoctrinated Suletta is by her mother, Miorine never once blames her, instead leaving to angrily confront Prospera and demand she stop using her daughter for her own schemes.

     Episode 17: Precious Things
  • Suletta's feelings for Miorine are more than ever prominent throughout the episode:
    • At the start of the episode after the opening, she greets Miorine a good morning, then later asks her what she wants for her birthday and even suggesting they go further into their relationship when she reaches 17.
    • Later when talking to Guel at Miorine's greenhouse, she tells him that her reason for rejecting his feelings for is he because she already has someone precious to her, that being Miorine. Guel in turn is very accepting of her rejection and is willing to let Suletta go in order for her to be happy.
    • Finally during the duel, as Suletta is about to ready the finishing blow onto Guel: She goes about fantasizing about her future with her - including wanting to ask her to stay by her side forever the same way Miorine did back in Episode 11, wanting to get them both rings, having a wedding, wearing the best dresses, and wishing for Miorine to "choose her". Suletta went from not knowing that same-sex relationships were normal and not thinking too much about her engagement to Miorine, to outright falling in love with her.
    • Suletta wanting Miorine to "choose her" shows that despite their marriage being set in stone under the Holder system, she still wants her to have complete freedom of choice and not force her into a marriage conditioned by her obligation to marry the Holder. Despite her eagerness to marry her, Suletta still values Miorine's freedom and agency above her own feelings, because she always saw her as a person rather than a trophy.
  • Guel apologizes to Lauda for never doing anything as an older brother for him. Lauda assures him that he's still fully behind him no matter what.
  • Miorine actually tells Guel that she's trying to break Suletta out of her mother's control, and he seems to actually be in on the plan to sabotage Aerial. And instead of celebrating when he finally beats her, Guel instead just looks on sadly, knowing full well that Miorine is doing this for Suletta's own good. His Character Development has gone a long way.
  • Suletta's stake in her duel with Guel is that he helps Earth House with the harassment they've been receiving since the Open Campus, saying that she wants them to stop being treated like criminals. While the episode puts great focus on her love for Miorine, she still deeply cares about her friends in Earth House, too.
  • When Guel wins his second duel since the very start of the show, breaking his long losing streak, Felsi and Petra cry Tears of Joy and embrace each other while shouting that he won. While the two were introduced as just Guel's henchmen, they do truly care about him a lot and are overjoyed to see him earn a long overdue victory.
  • The circumstances are absolutely tragic, but Miorine is willing to throw away everything, including her own dreams of fleeing the Group and living on Earth, just to make sure Suletta can be happy and free of Prospera's manipulations.

     Episode 18: Our Empty Selves
  • Lauda, Petra, and Felsi stop by Miorine's greenhouse to thank Chuchu for saving them during the rumble ring. Though Lauda starts by insulting Suletta which kinda ruins it, Felsi and Petra, defying their previous roles as Girl Posse, stay silent and even look uncomfortable with Lauda's gloating, showing more of their Jerk with a Heart of Gold side. While Lauda and Petra start to leave, Felsi stays behind to stammer out a nervous but genuine thanks, leaving Chuchu utterly stunned.
    • As a Freeze-Frame Bonus, when Felsi turns to leave, her eyes linger on Chuchu and her nervous expression turns into a small, adorable smile.
    • When Lauda is insulting Suletta, Chuchu immediately jumps to her defense, very nearly getting violent before he blindsides her with his expression of gratitude.
  • While it's followed by another absolutely tragic betrayal, when Suletta finally properly meets Eri the latter's first response is to recount a childhood memory of them playing video games together, including the sweet detail of a little Suletta holding up her hot chocolate to Aerial's internals to warm her up since her heating systems were damaged at the time. Even with all the heartbreak that follows, Eri does seem to genuinely consider Suletta her sister.
  • Prospera agreeing with Eri that Suletta should be able to leave freely, and even saying she should go back to the school and be happy. For all her use of Suletta as an Unwitting Pawn, Prospera does seem to care for her on at least some level.

Episode 19: Not The Best Way
  • Despite Secelia blackmailing a guilty Martin over his role in Nika's arrest and giving him a "The Reason You Suck" Speech for giving up on hearing Nika out, she of all people is the one who actually convinces him to let go of his guilt and come clean, explaining that if he truly thought what he did was the best option, he should be honest about it to the people he cares about. Martin is so stunned by her advice that he begins crying.
  • When negotiating with Earthians who demand that all Spacians leave Earth, Miorine wonders if this also means all Earthians should leave Space and refuses to go by that idea because she has comrades in Earth House. Later when she promotes GUND-Arm's technology to them, she acknowledges that it was thanks to their effort.
  • Guel runs into Sedo, a boy he had met during his captivity under Dawn of Fold, and despite the massive Earthian protests all around him, Guel still takes the time to follow him and return a cap he'd dropped. After catching up to him, Sedo is actually willing to talk to him out of gratitude for his attempt to save Seethia's life and making a grave for her, with their conversation actually going well until Sedo lets slip that Shaddiq was the one responsible for Plant Quetta and the Open Campus attacks.
  • Although Chuchu discovering Suletta in the middle of eating by the fridge is hilarious, she quickly takes her to the others in Earth House and everyone gets her to finally eat something, and the kindness from all her friends moves her to tears and breaks her out of her depression.
  • Martin, taking Secelia's advice, tells Earth House about Nika's involvement with the terrorists and that he was responsible for her detainment, and as Secelia had told him, everyone, even Chuchu, is understanding of what he did and knows that he had little choice.
  • Elan #5 holds Norea's hand as she breaks down weeping in fear of the inevitable deadly fate of piloting a Gundam after Sophie's passing. Despite his normally glib attitude, he's entirely somber about it.

Episode 20: The End of Hope
  • Nika is finally reunited with Earth House, just as they are given the Demi-Barding and need her expertise in tuning it for Chuchu's use. It's Martin, after having spent much of the time apart wallowing in guilt over ratting Nika out and being conflicted over her apparent ties to the terrorists, who asks for her help in tuning the machine, which she accepts.
  • Petra shows her gratitude to Suletta for helping save them, Lauda especially, during the Rumble Ring attack, sharing her notes after noticing the latter isn't really paying attention in class. She does show annoyance at the latter's Innocently Insensitive inquiry about her and Lauda being an item, expressing that this is why she rubs them the wrong way, but that's it. Later, when they're running from the chaos and trying to rescue others, Petra continues to open up to Suletta about taking Lauda to task for standing her up. Considering that this is also after Suletta has lost the Holder title to Guel, and Petra has every reason to approach Suletta smugly, but she never did.
  • Felsi is actually stunned that Chuchu, her savior from last time, is calling for her help in battle. After a brief moment of surprise, Felsi does respond with some indignance at "taking orders from an Earthian", but the two quickly have a Back-to-Back Badasses moment. Doubles as Funny, coz this is Chuchu and Felsi, the most brusque of their respective Houses who never learned each other's names, so they just call each other "Spacian" and "Earthian", but despite that, there's nary a moment of Fantastic Racism that would've easily been between them early in the show.
  • Elan #5 does eventually get through to Norea, showing that he does understand her. However, when he does, and she calms down, much like Stella Loussier and Anew Returner before her...
  • At the end of the episode, Earth House is presented with the destruction of their school and the deaths of so many of their classmates. When they spot Suletta tirelessly working to remove the rubble, despite their weight, they resolve to help her out, agreeing with her assessment that there may still be people trapped under it.

Episode 21: What We Can Do Now
  • Chuchu gives tomatoes to the two bullies from episode 4, showing that even old grudges can fade in such a severe crisis.
    • Suletta can also be seen giving tomatoes to the bullies from Episode 1 as well. When she and the Earth House kids wonder what Miorine would think of sharing her mother's tomatoes with other people, Suletta fondly imagines she'd probably tell them to hurry up and distribute them, to which the others immediately agree.
  • Suletta used to stutter all the time except when she was in Aerial's cockpit, the result of her anxiety and awkwardness around people. Seeing her speaking softly but confidently to everyone and doing what she wants to is nothing short of delightful.
  • Sarius Zenelli, seeing how his son caused a lot of problems for everyone, tells Miorine that he would be more than happy to be a scapegoat and take all the blame to save the Benerit Group, even if it meant losing his company and all his wealth in the process. Miorine, however, tells him that she doesn't want anyone to be a sacrifice for her.
  • Felsi is in tears when she calls Guel about Petra's condition, and is later seen sleeping on the bench outside of her hospital room.
  • Earth House proves once more what good friends they are to Suletta, who reveals her real origins as a clone to them. They treat her no different than how they had before, only saddened at just how much suffering their friend had to go through. Nika even calls out Belmeria and Guston for requesting Suletta to pilot a dangerous Gundam that will very likely end her life, with Lilique joining her in voicing concern for Suletta's well-being.
  • At the end, while Lauda decides to enact revenge upon Miorine, he never blames Guel for what happened to their father.
  • Belmeria initially objects to Suletta piloting the Calibarn out of concern for Suletta's safety, breaking down and apologizing for her "cowardice" in allying with Peil, wishing she could have died with her comrades in Vanadis.
    • Equally as endearing though is Suletta's resolve to volunteer herself to pilot the Calibarn in spite of the danger and drawbacks. She's willing to confront Prospera and Aerial no matter what, even if it costs her life (or at least her physical body).
  • Elan-5, eavesdropping on what Suletta has told everyone, joins her (so long as he doesn't pilot a Gundam) and apologizes to Suletta for his behavior towards her, as well as promising to tell her everything he knew of his late predecessor.

    Episode 22: The Woven Path
  • Despite having been ordered to stay at Asticassia by Guel, Felsi begs Earth House to come along because she can't stand staying behind without helping.
  • Chuchu is shown bowing and begging Secelia to let her use the Demi Barding for this big operation. CHUCHU, the girl defined by her angry ranting against Spacian discrimination, and would have certainly balked at asking something from the Dueling Committee when we first met her! It clearly shows how much she's let go of her own reactive Fantastic Racism as a result of recent events and basically realizing that there are worse Earthians than her, and many of the Spacians she's surrounded with really aren't bad people deep down.
  • Speaking of boundaries between the Earthian and Spacian students being broken, mixed with Funny, Aliyah charges the two bullies who Chuchu punched in ep 4 and served tomatoes to last episode to take care of Earth House's farm animals while they're gone.
  • Although it overlaps with Tearjerker because Suletta is crying over the bitter truth, Elan#5 keeps his promise and tells her all he knows about his predecessor at the same bench where Suletta wanted to meet Elan#4. He also has Norea's sketchbook with him as a keepsake.
  • Guel accepting his loss and giving Suletta back her Holder uniform. Despite his prior claim about now being Miorine's fiancé, and telling Suletta to give up on her if she lost, if anything he seems relieved to return the status to her upon his defeat. A nice detail is that Guel never wore the Holder uniform/colors himself after the rigged duel. He knew full well the only one truly worthy of the position was Suletta.
  • Suletta and Miorine's reunion.
    • After listening to Miorine talk about her regrets and her fear of making more mistakes, Suletta admits to her own. But she also declares her fervent belief that meeting and being with Miorine wasn't one, attributing her having come as far as she has thanks to their relationship. Suletta’s words are finally able to get Miorine to come out of her room, accepting the hand Suletta offers her. Suletta also promises to accompany Miorine to Earth, so she can face things with her together. This also marks the first time that Miorine has fully allowed Suletta to see her in her most vulnerable state - with her appearance unkempt, and her openly wiping her tears in front of her only for Suletta to just reach her hand out with a reassuring smile. Unlike in Episode 12, Miorine accepts Suletta’s hand.
    • When looked at symbolically, the closed door can be a metaphor regarding how Miorine closed her heart to others, and she originally closed the door on her relationship with Suletta. Suletta talking to her and getting through to her can be shown when the dark room appears to be brightened. Rather than letting Suletta open the door for her, Miorine opens the door herself which represents her fully opening her heart to Suletta.
    • The use of doors also has a parallel with Episode 11. In that episode, Miorine forced the door open as well as needed to use tricks in order to get Suletta to talk to her. By comparison, Suletta remains patient with Miorine and calmly talks to her through the closed door. She never tries forcing the door open. When she asks if she can open the door, Miorine opens the door herself.
    • Throughout the series, the theme of revenge and perpetuating the cycle of violence has been made abundantly clear. The fact that Suletta and Miorine are able to avoid making the same mistake by talking to each other and forgiving each other showcases a sense of hope that becomes prevalent throughout the remainder of the episode as Suletta and Miorine work together with others to stop Quiet Zero.
  • Miorine apologizes to Earth House for what happened. Chuchu states while looking away they didn’t come for her. However, she then shows some support for Miorine because her father woke up. The rest of Earth House appear to have forgiven Miorine based on how they are smiling at her.
  • Miorine is able to reach some level of peace with her father. She tells him that she won’t run away and will face her problems, imploring him not to die and to do the same. He smiles as he appears to accept her resolve.
  • When Miorine visits Shaddiq, he is quick to notice that Miorine had pulled a 180 since their talk in the previous episode. He quickly surmises that Suletta had something to do with it. Miorine doesn't deny it, but she decides to get down to business with him. She offers to make him a trade and for him to believe in her. While the context of the trade isn't shown, Shaddiq appears willing to listen.
  • After Suletta clears Permet 5 with the Calibarn, Miorine drops her stern demeanor and cries tears of joy and relief.
  • Suletta gives Miorine one of her tomatoes as a treat, and reveals that with Rouji's help she learned its cultivar name, as well as found a message Miorine’s mother left behind embedded within the genome.
Suletta Mercury: NR-400... Anesidora. It means 'she who sends gifts from the earth'.
Notrette Rembran (posthumous): I will always be attached to you, Miorine.
  • The Hot and Cold keychains can be seen next to each other while Suletta and Miorine are talking, showing Miorine reaccepted Suletta’s gift along with symbolizing their bond being reformed. Better still, they have seemingly swapped which ones they originally possessed, as though to carry a piece of each other with them.
  • During the mission briefing, Kenanji makes it very clear that if any of the students are in danger, they are to abort the operation immediately and let the Benerit Group hand over the units Prospera wants in order to protect them. He tells them that the adults will take responsibility for them, refreshing words after the young protagonists were forced to carry so much for so long.
  • During the same mission briefing, Guel also begins to ask Miorine if she is fine with letting Suletta get into a Gundam again. One look in Miorine’s eyes is enough for Guel to understand that both she and Suletta have the resolve to see this through. Guel lightly slaps himself on the cheek, and he makes no further protest.
  • Elan 5 appears to be visibly worried about Suletta when she is attempting to clear Permit Score 5. Further representing there is some good in him, and he isn’t nearly as wicked as the Peil executives claimed he is.
  • While it is never said out loud, the fact they openly speak about Eri's existence in front of Miorine indicates that she was brought up to speed regarding the fact that Suletta is a clone. Since she doesn't treat Suletta any differently, it indicates she had no issue accepting Suletta as Earth House did.

    Episode 23: Unrelenting Tenderness
  • Miorine looking at the keychain as her group is about to head into Quiet Zero.
  • While no attentions is brought to it, Miorine can be seen sporting a ponytail that is the same style of Suletta's. This means Suletta helped style her hair, or Miorine choose to style her hair similar to her groom's.
  • The flashback to Lauda and Guel’s first meeting shows that Guel was very accepting of his half-brother into his life. It's brief, but it shows why exactly Lauda is so loyal to Guel: looking at Lauda's Dull Eyes of Unhappiness shows he likely didn't live the best life nor was he probably given the love he needed or deserved. Guel's unconditional acceptance of him meant a lot more to Lauda than one might think, especially since he likely didn't expect it, being a child from another marriage/relationship.
  • At the end of their fight, rather than attempting to strike Lauda, Guel embraced his brother’s mobile suit, so he could disable the Schwarzette's Permet Circuits to prevent it from killing his brother. Then, just as the scene was telegraphing Guel's impending death, Felsi shows up and manages to prevent him from dying while lecturing the two brothers on how stupid they’re being. The reactions Guel and Lauda have after listening to her indicate that her words get through to them.
  • Miorine calling out Prospera for her treatment of Suletta along with how she should love her daughters equally.
  • A presence in the data storm protects Miorine and the others from the Gundnodes. Eri's response to the interference shows that there's someone within Quiet Zero who is looking out for the kids.
  • After learning that Prospera changed the security key, Miorine hacks into Quiet Zero's systems and finds an admistrative account under her mother's name. It's locked behind the security question of "How are our tomatoes?" It's there that Miorine remembers Suletta telling her about a message hidden in the genetic code in the tomatoes, the code which allows her to finally gain control of Quiet Zero. It turns out, though, that Notrette left one last message in the account: "I love you. From Mom."
  • Despite clearly being scared out of her wits, Belmeria is willing to shield Miorine with her body when Prospera and her Haros close in on them and are ready to shoot.
  • Elan #5 telling Belmeria that she isn’t so good at killing people, and she should focus on helping them.
  • After the battle, Miorine instead of trying to enact revenge on Lady Prospera for all the suffering the older woman has put her and Suletta through, offers her her hand with Miorine outright telling her that she, Suletta, Eri, and her will be family. It works as a parallel to their conversation in Episode 7, and it also showcases she intends to marry Suletta. Miorine did choose Suletta.
  • Crosses with Tear Jerker, but Eri using her Gundam body to protect her mother, Suletta, and everyone on Quiet Zero from the Space Assembly League’s laser cannon without hesitation, using her final moments to give her sister a reassuring smile.

Episode 24: May All Blessings Find Their Way to You, I'm Wishing It
  • The unexpected reunion of Suletta with Elan # 4, on multiple counts:
    • As Suletta struggles with connecting to Quiet Zero through Calibarn, Elan #4, long thought to be dead, appears as a Permet apparation in front of her, calmly asking if she was in trouble. His voice shocks her enough to rouse her out of imminent loss of consciousness.
    • After Elan #4 established how he was able to speak to Suletta again, she apologises to him for being the cause of his death. Elan #4 calmly reassures her that he had no regrets dueling her.
    • Elan #4 immediately apologises in turn for failing to meet with her as he had promised. A visibly tearing up Suletta reassures him that it was fine, given what she knew after the fact.
    • With them mutually coming to terms with their regrets, Suletta accepts Elan #4's offer to help her begin the link-up with Quiet Zero, reaching out to his extended hand with Calibarn's.
    • In hindsight, the data storm interference in the previous episode that saved Miorine and the others from the Gundnodes was likely Elan #4's doing, meaning that he'd been helping Suletta from beyond the grave even before the reunion.
  • Suletta summons the Permet ghosts of the dead Vanadis institute personnel to talk to Prospera and convince her to have a peaceful life.
    • First, Prospera sees her dead husband Nadim. He calls her by her proper name, Elnora, and asks her to be with the children (plural) which is doubly heartwarming because it shows he cares about Suletta even though he never knew her in life.
    • Cardo Nabo follows and tells Elnora that they are all proud of her.
    • Wendy and Nyla appear next, and tell Elnora it's not her time to join them.
    • The meeting ends with both Suletta and Eri talking to their mother, followed by Elnora embracing Eri and apologizing to her and Suletta.
  • In a big callback to their first meeting, Miorine, with help from Chuchu, is the one to rescue Suletta who is floating in space. When it appears Suletta is dead, Miorine accidentally hits her helmet against Suletta’s, causing Suletta to wake up. Miorine, with tears in her eyes, happily calls her an idiot for not answering her sooner. If viewers pay close attention, Miorine can be seen hugging Suletta as they float in space.
  • It is revealed that Eri was transferred from Aerial to Suletta’s keychain. As a result the rescue lights that allowed Miorine to find Suletta were Eri’s doing. Eri continued to look after her sister.
  • Nika getting out of prison after three years with her friends from Earth House waiting for her.
  • It is shown Miorine is making progress with being able to talk down some of the Earth protesters through peaceful negotiations.
  • Miorine is shown having developed a bond with Eri as sisters-in-law during the three year timeskip.
  • The Grassley girls are shown together living freely while Shaddiq remains under trial, showing that Shaddiq protected them by bearing the full weight of his crimes alone.
  • Everything about Suletta and Miorine's ending together:
    • While it happened off screen, Suletta and Miorine are married and happy together, and Suletta is slowly realizing her own dream of establishing schools. They started a new life on Earth, and they formed a family with Prospera/Elnora and Eri.
    • Suletta and Miorine have become friends with the Grassley girls, who in turn visit Suletta in the countryside.
    • Suletta is shown to be recovering from the after effects of using the Calibarn for a prolonged period of time, playing with children spending her time peacefully in the countryside with Prospera. Her dialogue with Miorine gives hope that she'll be able to walk on her own again without needing crutches.
  • The original Elan along with Secelia helped Guel with rebuilding his family’s company. While they may not be the most ideal business partners, they are putting their talents to good use. Furthermore, it is shown that Jeturk Heavy Machinery is spearheading efforts to rebuild Asticassia.
  • Petra is recovering with Lauda at her side, and GUND-ARM Inc. preparing to fit her with their advanced prosthetics. They also keep in contact with Guel who plans to see them soon.
  • It is heartwarming that GUND-ARM, Inc. has gone onto to become a success during the three year timeskip, especially after the tragic end of Tekkadan in the previous series. Cardo’s dream for GUND tech to uplift humanity so that it can prosper in space may indeed come to fruition.
  • While Lady Prospera is now wheelchair bound due to years of exposing herself to the data storm, her last scene shows her with a contented smile while relaxing in the countryside in her daughter’s company. After spending decades grieving over the death of her husband, mentor and colleagues from the Vanadis incident, and the extreme lengths she took to save Eri’s life, Elnora Samaya is finally at peace with herself.
  • During Suletta and Miorine’s conversation in the closing minutes, Miorine is shown consistently smiling and holding Suletta’s arm. The scene ends with their friends showing up and Miorine picking up Suletta to help her stand up along with Miorine having the brightest smile she’s ever had throughout the series.
  • The insert song that plays during Suletta and Miorine's final scene apparently is about Miorine's point of view regarding how Suletta has allowed her to become more honest, made her life better, and she wishes to protect Suletta.
  • The episode ends with the episode title "May All Blessings Find Their Way to You, I'm Wishing It" and the ending song is the uplifting opening theme song "The Blessing" from the first season which also acted as the closing theme of the first episode when Suletta and Miorine were originally engaged.
  • Throughout the entire series Gundams have been associated, not without reason, as harbingers of death and destruction that curses their pilots to an early grave. Yet in the end, it is those same Gundams that manages to foil Peil and the Space Assembly League’s ambitions, allow Prospera to finally move on from the past, give Suletta and Miorine their well-earned happy ending, and herald a new era of hope and possibility for Earthians and Spacians, all without taking a single life. In other words, Suletta took a curse and made it into a blessing for all of humanity.
  • The different versions of the illustration at the end of the episode of Suletta and Miorine are heartwarming.
    • The first version depicts Suletta in her Holder uniform sitting next to Miorine in her school uniform inside Miorine’s greenhouse with the two smiling and holding hands. Symbolically it showcases how Suletta has become part of Miorine’s heart. The illustration also has a a small message at the bottom-right saying "Thank you very much for watching the show until the end." The official Gundam North American Twitter account uses the same image when the finale aired with an alt text saying, "Suletta Mercury, sitting on the left side of the image, is holding her wife's hand, Miorine Rembran, who is sitting next to her."
    • The epilogue version of the illustration has them both with the same expressions and also holding hands only with them sitting by the countryside instead, showing how after everything that they have been through, both of them finally got their happy ending together.

    Misc
  • In the first opening theme, Miorine generally looks sad except for the moment where she is holding Suletta’s hand and running alongside her. Her smile fits the trope When She Smiles. Freeze-Frame Bonus and you can see that at the beginning of the opening that Suletta is calling Miorine and Miorine seems like she’s accepting the phone call.
  • The first ending almost focuses exclusively on Suletta and Miorine.
    • It starts off with Miorine offering Suletta her hand to pull her up.
    • It ends with Suletta accidentally falling on top of Miorine, and they are shown smiling and laughing it off.
  • During the interim between seasons 1 and 2, Sunrise launched a promotional campaign which saw the release of several illustrations featuring Suletta and Miorine. In it, the two of them are shown going out on what is essentially a series of dates as they visit various popular sightseeing locations across Japan. Coming off the rather dire ending of the first season, it's a joy to see them simply having a fun time while enjoying each other's company.
  • The second opening ends with Suletta and Miorine reuniting after apparently being separated, and Miorine is seen smiling as Suletta approaches.
  • During the second ending, when Suletta is depicted as being transformed by Aerial, she briefly imagines holding hands with a smiling Miorine. At the end Suletta and Miorine are seen dancing, Suletta is seen smiling while Miorine appears uncertain. However, Miorine is shown going along with the dance, and their fingers are seen interwining. While Miorine appears understandably nervous either towards or for Suletta, the ending appears to symbolize that Miorine will try to trust Suletta again.
    • Turns out, the person in charge of the ending just wanted to see Suletta and Miorine in dresses and added the dance sequence since people wanted one during Episode 7.
  • In the middle of a teaser trailer for the series' final episodes, there's a montage of many of the pivotal moments of Suletta and Miorine's relationship from Suletta's point of view, showcasing the evolution of their love for each other.
  • At the end of the Witch of Mercury Fes event, Suletta is sad that she lost the duel with the winner getting stage time and thus cannot do her surprise. Miorine then uses GUND-ARM Inc. to buy the remaining stage time for Suletta. Suletta's surprise is getting everyone to sing the GUND-ARM theme song. After singing, Suletta is still sad over losing the duel and breaking her promise to Miorine, but Miorine comforts her by saying, "Holder or not, does it matter? The important thing is that you're my partner."
