'Dictini'

Creator : Dark Arcanine 33

The primary host of most of Dark Arcanine 33's series, 'Dictini' is in all reality basically just the evil version of Victini. Lacking morality and any sense of care towards the people around him, he's potentially the most evil character who hasn't actually killed somebody yet.

• Adaptation Name Change: Most stories just refer to him as Victini, but ever since Shuckle Master's Victini grew in popularity, 'Dictini' essentially became his canon name.
• Expy: These days he is a pretty clear one of Chris from the original Total Drama.
• For the Evulz: His entire reason for continuing to host basically.
• The Friend Nobody Likes: Among the legendaries. It's bad when even Yveltal has more friends.
• Only Friend: Mew started off as this for him, but ever since Mew has wanted to stop making TP Is, the two have grown apart, and now Mew hates his guts.
• Retired Monster: He has officially retired from the TPI-scene by Fresh vs Forgotten.
• Would Hurt a Child: Seems to have no qualms about kids and teenagers getting hurt.

Yveltal

Potentially the most cruel and villainous Pokemon in the entire TPI community, Yveltal is the living embodiment of sadistic tendencies, cruel torture, and heartless murder, which he gets away with ONLY due to being a legendary. Years after the TPI scene has died off, he hosts his own little game, one which involves much more murder.

• Bad Boss: Shows himself to even be a horrible person to his own staff after slamming Cacturne's head onto his desk and knocking him out.
• Big Bad: Of Yveltal's Island, considering he's the one who placed all the students in their situation in the first place.
• The Dreaded: Most of the legendaries are even scared of him.
• For the Evulz: He was bored...So he decides to put fifty students into a battle to the death, just so he can enjoy it.
• Kick the Dog: The situation involving Yveltal's Island makes it REALLY hard to like him.
• Serial Killer: It's at least in the triple digits.
• Sir Swears-a-Lot: Expect him to swear on such a grand scale, that the words stop meaning anything.
• Sympathy for the Devil: Many have given him sympathy when he's at his weakest...It never works out for them.
• Would Hurt a Child: During the events of *Yveltal's Island*, he is responsible for the death of at least forty-nine teenagers.
