President Eduardo Suarez

- Our Presidents Are Different: The Personable and Minority types.
- Reasonable Authority Figure: Due to the Crystal Gems being major supporters in his presidential campaign, Ed wants to find a way to continue that friendly relationship while allowing them to ask for his help.
- The Kirk: Eduardo just wants to make peace with the Crystal Gems without ending any lives. However, he's left with no choice but to arrest them.
Vice President Theresa Maxwell
- Voiced by: Wendie Malick (present day), Hilary Swank (young)
- The McCoy: Out of the Freudian Trio made of her, Eduardo and Wade, Theresa is the one most willing to resort to drastic measures to fight Monster Steven.
- Vice President Who?: Strongly averted here. She is a major supporting character in Part 4 and makes a few appearances from then on.

- All Therapists Are Muggles: Black Rutile is assigned one in the form of James Brenner, a criminal psychologist who graduated from the University of Jayhawk with a P.H.D.
