The 36th master of Togakure-ryu who inherited the mantle of Jiraiya from Toha Yamaji.
  • The Faceless: We never see what he looks like un-suited up.
  • Legacy Character: Inherited being Jiraiya from the previous Jiraiya, Toha Yamaji.

Galaxy Federal Police

    Commissioner Sophie

Commissioner Sophie

Portrayed by: Ryoko Yuui

The new chief of the Space Police and supervisor of the Space Squad.
  • Batman Gambit: Geki seeing the Dekarangers' profiles and deciding to team up with them was one by her and Ban, who thought they would make a good team.
  • Big Good: She's Geki's superior and the one now in charge of the Galaxy Federal Police following Nicholas Gordon's resignation in Space Sheriff Next Generation.
  • Frontline General: Occasionally heads missions herself, such as the operation to capture Hellvira in Girls in Trouble.
    Birdie

Horus Alien Birdie

Portrayed by: Mami Kingetsu

A scientist who runs the simulation Shelly, Tammy, Jasmine and Umeko are put into to prepare them for fighting Hellvira.
  • Evil Laugh: Subverted. She seems like she's laughing, but that's really a trait her species has where they spasm when they're stressed.
  • Good Counterpart: To Horror Girl, both being bird-headed aliens who operate machinery. The difference is Birdie is actually heroic, and only "laughs" because she's stressed.

Cult Group Genmakuu Society

    In General
A cult-like organization comprised of a union of twelve different crime syndicates, each led by a past Metal Hero villain.
  • Legion of Doom: Comprised of past Metal Hero villains, or at least ones who've taken on their identities. In Space Squad vs. Kyuranger they even bring along some Sentai villains for the ride.
  • Nebulous Criminal Conspiracy: They have at least twelve different criminal operations going on under their umbrella.
  • Standard Evil Empire Hierarchy: The members we've seen as of Kyuranger vs. Space Squad form one.
    • The Emperor: Prophet Fumein.
    • The Right Hand: Butterfly Ninja Benikiba, who isn't one of the Apostles but acts as Fumein's personal ambassador.
    • The General: Space Ninja Demost, who heads Genmakuu's operation to conquer the World of Kyuranger.
    • The Guard: Mad Gallant, the head of the facility constructing the massive Satan Gorth mecha.
    • The Oddball: Hellvira, who runs an assassination service.
    Prophet Fumein
The mysterious leader of Genmakuu.
  • Expy: Considering he's a mysterious unseen cult leader who appears to communicate with his followers through their faction emblem, he seems reminiscent of the Great Leader in Kamen Rider.
  • The Ghost: He has yet to be seen or heard at all.
  • Greater-Scope Villain: The master of the Genmakuu and the one backing each of the 12 Apostles in their schemes, but he has yet to personally confront the Space Squad or even make an appearance at all.
  • No One Sees the Boss: His true identity is concealed. Whenever one of his subordinates needs to report to him, he appears to take the form of a vision of the Genmakuu symbol for them to communicate through.
    Butterfly Ninja Benikiba

Butterfly Ninja Benikiba

Portrayed by: Mikie Hara

A member of the Genmakuu sent by Fumein to oversee Mad Gallant's operation.
  • Adaptational Badass: The original Benikiba was no slouch, but she tended to only be capable of handling one or two combatants at once. This Benikiba is a One-Woman Army.
  • Even Evil Has Standards: Shows a noticeable disgust at the joy Mad Gallant takes in beating up Shelly.
  • Fallen Hero: Was a Space Sheriff before she defected following an unknown incident within the Space Police.
  • Kill and Replace: Killed Maki in order to impersonate her to infiltrate the Galaxy Federal Police.
  • One-Woman Army: Capable of taking on and fighting off four of the Dekarangers, as well as both Shelly and Tammy.

12 Apostles

    In General
The commanders of Genmakuu, all of whom embody past Metal Hero villains.
  • The Ghost: So far we've only seen three of them (Hellvira, Mad Gallant and Demost) and only know about one other (Coolgin). The remaining 8 have yet to be seen or have their identities revealed.
  • Standard Evil Organization Squad: The Genmakuu's commanders.
    Hellvira

Hellvira

Portrayed by: Michie Tomizawa

The head of the Nemesis Avenger assassination service and one of Genmakuu's 12 Apostles.
    Mad Gallant

Lars/Mad Gallant

Portrayed by: Junichi Haruta (voice), Hiroshi Sakamoto (true identity)

An Apostle of Genmakuu working on a powerful mecha for them - a Humongous Mecha named and modeled after Juspion's arch-enemy, Satan Gorth.
  • Big Bad: The main antagonist of Space Sheriff Gavan vs. Dekaranger, which revolves around his plan to build an ultimate weapon for the Genmakuu.
  • Cold-Blooded Torture: Subjects Shelly to a brutal physical beating in order to use her blood to awaken Satan Gorth.
  • Corrupt Corporate Executive: His true identity is Lars, who set up a diaper company as a front for his plans.
  • Dark Messiah: His followers revere him to a cult-like degree.
  • Kick the Dog: Granted he needed to hurt Shelly to activate Satan Gorth, so it wasn't for no reason, but he clearly enjoys beating her up and even continues to punch her when he doesn't need to.
  • Legacy Character: Zig-zagged. He's actually Lars, who built his Metal Tech suit from the original Mad Gallant's armor, but Lars states the original Mad Gallant's spirit is also imbued in his armor.
  • Sadist: He clearly enjoys beating up Shelly.
  • Transformation Trinket: Uses the "Masked Blader" to transform.
    Space Ninja Demost

Space Ninja Demost

Portrayed by: Satoshi Hino (voice)

A Space Ninja fought by Jiraiya, who has now been rebuilt and become one of the 12 Apostles of Genmakuu.
  • Big Bad: Of Uchu Sentai Kyuranger vs. Space Squad, which concerns his ambitions to take over the World of Kyuranger.
  • The Chessmaster: His plan required an impressive amount of planning and personal manipulation. He convinces Hammie to steal the Neo Kyutamas so she can save her master, then infiltrates the Galaxy Federal Police as one of Tsurugi's aids and subtly nudges him into trying to capture Hammie, while also taking Shou Ronpou's form to get Lucky to go and protect Hammie, in order to trick the Kyurangers into fighting with one another.
  • Dimension Lord: Plans to become this by conquering the Kyurangers' universe.
  • I Have Your Wife: When Hammie refuses to continue going along with Demost's plan, Demost opts to just threaten her master to force her to stay loyal.
  • Kill and Replace: Killed Kimiko Naruse and disguised himself as her.
  • The Man Behind the Man: He was responsible for the Machine Ninja Insects which served as the villains of Hero Mama League.
  • Master of Disguise: He can take the form of almost anyone and is great at mimicking them, managing to trick all of the Kyurangers with his impersonations of Kimiko and Shou Ronpou.
  • Mook Carryover: Not only does he revive Mele, Juzo, Basco and Escape, he makes use of the Mooks from their respective series as well.
  • Mythology Gag: Demost's plan in the movie is pretty similar to his plan in episode 46 of Jiraiya, which saw him spreading lies about the Yamaji family in order to turn the World Ninjas against them.
    Victorious Saint Coolgin

Victorious Saint Coolgin

An Apostle of Genmakuu heading an ongoing operation.
  • The Ghost: So far he's only been mentioned by Benikiba and has yet to actually appear.
