    Jeff
https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/df477282_ba0b_4d07_86e1_0bfa0282ce65.png
Voiced by: Andy Wells
A player who brags about being the best player and detective.
  • Adaptational Jerkass: Most of the time, he is very sarcastic, selfish, and rude, especially whenever he is the imposter.
  • Big Bad: Of "Among Us But Impostor Has 10000 IQ"
  • Cloud Cuckoo Lander: In "Among Us Cops vs. Robbers", he stated to have been arrested for sending a baby to space.
  • Jerk with a Heart of Gold: He may be braggy about being smart, but in the end, he is very selfless
  • Red Is Violent: He's red... and he's one of the most ruthless imposters in STA history.
  • Small Name, Big Ego: Undeniably, he IS a great imposter, although he is quite braggy about it.
  • The Smart Guy: He knows how to easily fool his fellow players.
  • Those Two Guys: With Mr. Pepperoni Man.

Voiced by:
The apparently cool player.
  • Cloudcuckoolander: He is quite an insane impostor.
  • Crippling Overspecialization: As an impostor, he is cold-hearted and enjoys killing crewmates, but as a crewmate, he is accusatory and rather follows what the players propose (such as when Jeff fooled him into thinking Chester and Your Mom were the impostors).
  • Demotedto Extra: He starts to get less and less screen-time each episode, to the point where usually, he only plays the role of the character who dies first.
  • Green and Mean: He is the green player, and he's definitely not the kindest boyfriend, proven when he was in a relationship with Your Mom.
  • Meaningful Name: He's named after his own accessory.
  • Those Two Guys: With Jeff.
    Banana

Voiced by:
A player who likes to repeat his name.
  • Catchphrase: "My name is Banana/I'm Banana!"
  • The Ditz: He is not the sharpest tool on the shed, for he gets himself voted out in "Among Us But Players Can Text Each Other" for taking selfies in front of Mr. Pepperoni Man's dead body (with the excuse that the "lighting was perfect"), he also drinks a love potion from a random stranger in "Among Us But Impostor Is Immortal" and exposes himself to be the other imposter in the same episode.
  • Expy: To Mr. Cheese. They're both ditzy characters who are named after food and constantly introduce themselves.
  • Nice Guy: Despite his flaws, he's one of the most noble characters.
    Your Mom
  • Adaptational Jerkass: Plays this role specially in Among Us Fat Imposter, This Should Be Easy, until the end of the episode.
  • Greed: Among Us Fat Imposter, This Should Be Easy.
  • Official Couple: With Mr. Grits.
    Mr. Grits
    Chester
  • Best Friend: With Mrs. Potato. Even they are frequently shipped by the fandom because of their friendship.
  • Cassandra Truth: In "Among Us Peppa Pig", nobody believes his claims about Peppa being the imposter. Until he uses video proof.
    Snowball
    Sandy
    Poop
  • Ascended Extra: He didn't get much spotlight in the beginning episodes of STA Studios, where he would mostly be the first one to die. However he starts to have more screentime later on.
  • Nice Guy: One of the most cordial and innocent players.
  • Only Sane Man: Most of the time.
  • Toilet Humour: Yeah.
  • The Quiet One: As stated above, he didn't have many lines back in the earlier days of STA.
    Mrs. Potato
  • Asshole Victim: In "Among Us Crewmates Are OP", he gets trapped in a snow globe by Darth Tater, who immediately stole his role as the orange crewmate. Many fans didn't like Mrs. Potato's treatment and even constantly messaged STA to bring him Mrs. Potato. Thanksfully, they responded to them with "Among Us: Genius Imposter".
  • Best Friend: With Chester. Even they are frequently shipped by the fandom because of their friendship.
  • Berserk Button: Don't ever force him to baby sit.
  • Gender-Blender Name: Mrs. Potato is male.
  • Red Oni, Blue Oni: The intelligent, responsible blue oni to Chester's reckless, radical red oni.
  • The Bus Came Back: After his long absence since "Among Us Crewmates Are OP", he finally has an awaited episode about his revenge on Darth Tater on "Among Us Genius Imposter". Although it eventually ends with the two merging.
    Ninja
  • Asshole Victim: Thinking about his backstory, he is to be pitied. He was forgotten by all his friends after a sudden glitch that turned him to a ghost. And even after attempting to explain his story to everyone, they still don't remember him. That is until.
  • Dark Is Evil: In "Among Us Scary Animation" and whenever he is the imposter. Averted otherwise, as he generally means well.
  • Only Sane Man: Coupled with Poop.
  • Took a Level in Badass: Has such kinds of moments, such as when he stopped time and brought everyone so they can all see Poop venting in "Among Us But Impostor Can Stop Time".
    Avi
  • Action Girl: The Pacman video proves it well. Also, whenever she is an imposter.
  • Berserk Button: Don't call her "Eva".
  • Dont Call Me Paul: As stated above.
  • Mrs Fanservice: Her moments in the Pacman video eventually earned Banana, Chester, and Jeff's attentions. Although it's unlikel if Jeff's feelings for her are still going, as he is mostly on Cloe now.

Friday Night Funkin' Characters

    Boyfriend
https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/10224d45_1544_4c71_bae7_3914aa59ceb4.jpeg
Voiced by:
The main protagonist of the game series Friday Night Funkin'.
  • Asshole Victim: He loses nearly every single rap battle in this series, but deserves most of it for being a rude Jerkass.
  • Adaptational Jerkass: In his home game, he was an upbeat Nice Guy who cared about his Girlfriend and while he was a Fearless Fool, it was at best. Here, he is rude to some characters (particularly Senpai) & can’t seem to stop speaking in a sassy tone, but he still cares about his Girlfriend.
  • Adaptational Wimp: In his home game, Boyfriend canonically won every rap battle. Here, he usually loses.
  • Butt-Monkey: He loses nearly every rap battle he faces. Sometimes he deserves it, but still.
  • Bumbling Dad: After his friends become babies, he becomes this for a brief time.
  • Eye Pop: This happens to him anytime he freaks out.
  • Failure Is the Only Option: See Butt-Monkey above.
  • Jerkass to One: He seems to be nice to some people, and is a Jerk with a Heart of Gold at best, but he seems to be a big jerk to Senpai for no reason.
  • Jerk with a Heart of Gold: He has became somewhat ruder to other characters here. But he still has a good heart.
  • Surfer Dude: Speaks like this most of the time.
  • Simpleton Voice: His voice is much deeper and stupid-sounding in Origin of Evil Big Brother. Then it was back to normal by the next episode.
    Girlfriend
https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/193d051f_6fe2_4435_be2d_0cf04f83b4fd.jpeg
Voiced by:
A character in Friday Night Funkin' who is the Boyfriend's Girlfriend.
  • Adaptational Intelligence: In her home game, Girlfriend was just as stupid as Boyfriend. But here, she’s smarter and more prone to suspicion.
    Daddy Dearest
https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/afe7acb0_f95d_4cba_b830_b8c3fe477380.jpeg
Voiced by:
Girlfriend's overprotective father.
  • Adaptational Villainy/Hate Sink: Unlike other versions of Daddy Dearest, this version has nothing likable about him besides his love for his family. And even that may come off as abusive in a sense that when Girlfriend suspected Boyfriend of cheating and returned home, Daddy Dearest wouldn't let her leave afterward. His hatred for Boyfriend is never elaborated upon, he revived Big Brother out of wanting to use him to kill Boyfriend rather than simply out of not wanting to be in debt to him, and he disapproved of Girlfriend saving people from a zombie apocalypse. Simply put, this Daddy Dearest lacks any of the magnificence of his game counterpart and deserves any loss and humiliation he can get.
  • Character Exaggeration: So far, Daddy Dearest has not been shown to have any defining traits other than his intense hatred for Boyfriend.
  • Irrational Hatred: He's never given a clear reason as to why he really hates Boyfriend and wants him dead and away from his daughter that much besides hollow excuses like "He's an idiot." and "He doesn’t deserve my daughter." He does claim at one point that he’ll "ruin [his] daughter's life" but never goes into detail on it. Even after Boyfriend delivered a heartfelt speech that brought him to tears, he still won't let him and his daughter be together and insists on killing Boyfriend.
  • Ungrateful Bastard: Downplayed. Even after Boyfriend saved Girlfriend from Tricky, he still hates him. But he doesn’t try to kill him because Mommy Mearest requested it. But he does still set him on fire after he and Girlfriend hugged.
