Students

    Inco G. Nito

A new student at St. Hammond's who transferred as a senior.

  • Domestic Abuser: Becomes this in Ending 1 where he sets up Olivia to deliver a eulogy in a skimpy dress to photograph her emotional breakdown. He then demands a hug from Olivia which results in her falling down the stairs and ending up in a coma at the hospital, which he refuses to accept responsibility for.
  • Interspecies Romance: Inco, a human man starts to develop a "Prehistoric Romance" with Olivia, the baryonyx woman. They became a couple after Iadaken's death and attend the Winter Formal together. How well this romance goes will depend on the player's choices.
  • Mysterious Middle Initial: Like Anon Y. Mous, Inco G. Nito's middle name is never revealed.
  • New Transfer Student: Inco has just moved cross-country with his family at the start of the story and transferred to a school filled with anthropomorphic dinosaurs and lizards.
  • Punny Name: "Inco G. Nito", is based on the word "incognito".
  • Senior Year Struggles: Inco was forced to transfer to St. Hammond High for senior year, and is trying to keep his head down and get through the year with as little conflict as possible. Unfortunately, he quickly gets intertwined with the lives of the school's other social outcasts.
  • Token Human: Although Inco is not the only mammal at his new school, he is the only human.

    Olivia Halford

A Baryonyx girl who uses a wheelchair, and a very talented painter. Olivia is initially aloof and taciturn, but she slowly warms up to Inco as the two get to know each other at St Hammond's.

  • Adaptational Badass: In the mod for Pizza Tower by the developers of this visual novel, Olivia is able to perform the same insane high-speed stunts as Peppino, despite being stuck in a wheelchair.
  • Don't You Dare Pity Me!: She believes people only like her artwork out of pity for her disability. Therefore she passes off her latest painting as Inco's, to gauge people's real feelings.
  • Hidden Buxom: Her bust looks fairly modest in size due to usually sitting in her wheelchair and wearing baggy clothes. Her swimsuit and other outfits reveal she one of the bustiest girls in the game. The Pizza Tower mod exaggerates this to hilarious levels.
  • Inspirationally Disabled: Deconstructed, as Olivia feels like people appreciate her art more because of the fact that she is in a wheelchair, when she would rather be judged by her own merit.
  • Interspecies Romance: Olivia, the baryonyx woman starts to develop a "Prehistoric Romance" with Inco, a human man. They became a couple after Iadaken's death and attend the Winter Formal together.
  • Jerkass: Depending on the route, Olivia can get full of herself and become a truly dreadful person. Otherwise, she is a Jerk with a Heart of Gold.
  • Jerk with a Heart of Gold: Olivia is proud and short-tempered, but has a kind heart.
  • Lizard Folk: Olivia is a Baryonyx (who is the "Gator" of the title despite numerous differences between the two species).
  • Never Trust a Title: Olivia, the titular "gator", is actually a baryonyx. Lampshaded during the hibachi date.
  • Plagiarism in Fiction: Inverted as she passes off her latest painting as Inco's, because she thinks people only like her artwork due to her handicap. She initially saw Inco as arrogant enough to claim credit for the painting.
  • Unkempt Beauty: Barrels into the story rushing down the halls, short messy hair billowing behind her, and with a scowl on her face.
  • We Used to Be Friends: With Ben. Their friendship is repaired in the Golden Ending.

    Damien Payne
A Dilopho-Spinosaurus hybrid, a charismatic yet somewhat dim guy, and Olivia's oldest friend.

  • Composite Character: Combines Naser's familial responsibility with Reed's chillness (and occasional wisdom) from Snoot Game.
  • Dumb Jock: Is good at gym class, cooking, and eating... and that's about it. Would probably be failing without Liz to help him.
  • Hidden Depths: he's got a high EQ and is more than capable of very profound insight throughout the game.
  • Loose Lips:
    • He talks about Inco taking a dodgeball to face during gym class, reasoning that every student has an embarrassing story, such as Damien himself getting his fin stuck in the bathroom door for an hour.
    • He is the one who reveals Olivia's nickname, Hotwheels, which Mia uses to bully her.
  • What the Hell, Hero?: He ferociously lays into Inco for his awful behavior in the Tragedy ending, calling him out his disgusting treatment of Olivia.

    Liz Farlane
A Brachiosaurus and a member of the student council.

  • Adorkable: Very sweet, very awkward, and very much attracted to Damien.
  • The Old Country: Lightly implied that she's a European exchange student.

    Benjamin "Ben" McKnight
A Parasaurolophus, and the Student Council President who befriends Inco on his first day.

  • Destructive Romance: He's dating Mia, the school bully, who regularly forces him to do her homework for him. It gets worse in the Ending 4 route when she's revealed to have been withholding Ben's anti-psychotic medication to force him to do what she wants, and may have been physically abusing him as well.
  • Foil: To Olivia. Both are teenagers in high school with aspirations for an artistic career, but while Olivia's gloom masks her burning passion for art, Ben is a Stepford Smiler, getting along with everyone to hide his personal troubles. They're also both handicapped; Olivia's is physical, while Ben's is mental, something Ben points out in the Ending 4 path.
  • Grew a Spine: In the Ending 4 path, after some encouragement from Inco, he refuses to lie on Mia's behalf and stands up to her. This backfires horribly for him.
  • The Mentally Disturbed: Subverted and discussed. Ben requires anti-psychotic medication to function, and is otherwise an ordinary teenager just trying to make it through high school. Knowing the stigma he'd face from other students if his diagnosis was exposed, he had done everything he could to hide it and present himself as normal.
  • Smart People Wear Glasses: Wears glasses and is one of the smartest students in the school.
  • We Used to Be Friends: With Olivia. Their friendship is repaired in the Golden Ending.

    Mia Moretti
A Parasaurolophus, and a manipulative bully.

  • Adaptational Villainy: The original character created by DeadassSpider was a bully, but this was always portrayed in a humorous tone. This game's interpretation of Mia dials this up to make her into a remorseless domestic abuser.
  • Blackmail: Tries to force Olivia to do her artwork for her, by threatening to expose her for passing off her latest painting as Inco's.
  • Composite Character: Personality-wise, she's a combination of Trish and Naomi from Snoot Game. She has Trish's penchant for violence and Naomi's manipulative streak.
  • Conflict Killer: Her being exposed in the Ending 4 route to have been withholding Ben's medication to manipulate him into doing what she wants, and likely also physically abusing him kills all conflict Ben and Olivia had in the story.
  • Lady Swears-a-Lot: Easily the most foul-mouthed of all the game's characters.
  • Manipulative Bastard: Through Ben, she's able to manipulate things to get her way. When exposed as Ben's abuser, she tries to exploit Ben's medical condition to turn this around and claim it was Ben abusing her, but this fails.
  • Politically Incorrect Villain: She bullies Olivia for her physical disability and unashamedly uses ableist language.
  • Screw This, I'm Outta Here: In the Ending 4 route, after being exposed for having manipulated and abused Ben, she flees prom and skips town.
  • Terrible Trio: She's one of these with Lunara and Kiara.
  • What Happened to the Mouse?: If the player goes the routes for either Ending 2 or 3, Mia is completely absent for the prom and the endings.

    Lunara and Kiara
A pair of girls who are Mia's friends. Lunara is a white and black velociraptor, and Kiara is an orange triceratops.

  • Bitch in Sheep's Clothing: Both of them seem like ordinary, friendly students when Inco first meets them, only to later find out they're part of Mia's clique and join in on her bullying of Olivia.
  • Terrible Trio: With Mia.
  • Took a Level in Kindness: In the Ending 4 credits, both of them seem to have mellowed out after Mia left, and Lunara starts dating Ben.

Staff

    Mr. Iadakan
A pterodactyl and the school's eccentric, highly respected art teacher. His first name is Trent.

  • Cool Teacher: The most respected teacher in the school due to his charisma and passion for encouraging students' creative drive.
  • Cruel to Be Kind: Feels that Olivia has been stunted by her own negativity about her first, (in)famous painting and destroys it with an axe.
  • Secretly Dying: He has bone cancer and has refused all treatment. None of the students knew about his illness until the news broke of his death.
  • Younger Than They Look: Is described by Inco as looking both old and young due to his bone cancer making him frail.

    Solly
The Physical Education teacher.

    Ms. Prockling
A history teacher.

  • Shout-Out: Resembles Ms. Pauling from Team Fortress 2.
  • Stern Teacher: Berates Inco and Olivia for passing notes, and even has Solly throw dodgeballs into class through the window as discipline.
