Main Characters

     Ash Ketchum

Ash Ketchum

  • Adaptational Badass: Now has access to Mega-Evolution thanks to the Mews.
  • Adaptational Intelligence: He isn't as dumb and irrational than his main series counterpart. Like in the beginning of the story he's shown to be bored in class, not because it's boring, but it's because they were teaching something he already knew in his journey as a Regional League Participant-slash-Veteran Pokemon Trainer (they were teaching status conditions PSN, PAR, FRZ, BRN and SLP)
  • A Father to His Men: Treats his Pokemon like his family and treats his Pokemon that recently hatched from eggs like his own children.
  • Age Lift: He is fifteen in this story. While in canon he's forever 10.
  • Almighty Janitor: Gets very little recognition for his accomplishments, mostly do to the ICOP erasing most of his accomplishments like saving the world and befriending legendaries and mythicals.
  • Big Brother Instinct: Willing to protect his friends and family. Even if his duties as the Chosen One are putting the lives of his loved ones in danger.
  • Crouching Moron, Hidden Badass: Can be prone to doing stupid things but can be awesome in his own right.
  • Determinator: Is, was and always will be one.
  • Elemental Powers: Has a plethora with a diverse set of Pokemon in his party. Also manages to receive gifts that makes him resistant from flames (much to the chagrin of his Flamethrower-to-the-face Charizard) and electricity, has an accessory that makes him control the winds of the North, has weaponized orbs from the Legendary Bird Trio's elements and has Eggs that are created and born more powerful than their general run-of-the-mill counterparts.
  • Morality Pet: Is this to some of the more vile Legendaries.
  • Pals with Jesus: On friendly terms with a lot of Legendary and Mythical Pokemon. (Not including: Zerarora, Melmetal, Marshadow and all of Galar's Legendaries.)
  • Took a Level in Badass: Caught Legendary/Mythical Pokemon like: Latias, Azelf, Mew and Suicune that were willing to join him.

     Ash's Alolan Classmates
Comprises of Lillie, Kiawe, Lana, Mallow and Sophocles.

In General

  • Locked Out of the Loop: All five of them never knew about Ash's journey throughout the regions of Kanto, Orange Archipelago, Johto, Hoenn, Sinnoh, Unova, Decolore Islands and Kalos. The only thing they know about Ash is that he's a nice kid from Pallet Town of the Kanto Region diagnosed with Chronic Hero Syndrome, knows the famous Professor Oak and is an experienced Battler in his own right. They never knew he met multiple Legendary and Mythical Pokemon until Chapters 5 and 6.
  • Naïve Newcomer: Most of them aren't skilled Pokemon battlers (except for Kiawe) and all of them literally have no clue about Ash's adventures and history.

Lillie

Kiawe

Lana

  • Making a Splash: Just like Misty, she has Water-Type Pokemon being her Popplio now Brionne and Lapras

Mallow

Sophocles

     Major Characters

Paul

Ash's main rival in his Sinnoh Journey.

Misty

Ash's first female traveling companion and first actual traveling companion from Kanto to Johto. Also a Cerulean City Gym Leader.
  • Dark Is Not Evil: Mega-Gyarados is Part Dark-Type, she ain't a cruel person once you get to know her.
  • Fiery Red Head: She's still never lost that red hot spirit.
  • Making a Splash: Being one of Cerulean City's Gym Leaders she can apply to owning Water-Type Pokémon like her Gyarados and Starmie.
  • Super Mode: Her Gyarados has the ability of Mega-Evolution.
  • Why Did It Have to Be Snakes?: Still has a fear of Bug-Type Pokemon in general.

Max

One of Ash's youngest travelling companions (tied with Bonnie). Started being a trainer three years ago and visited Alola because he heard Ash was there.

    Legendary and Mythical Pokemon

In General

The gods of the Pokemon World. They all had encountered Ash during his travels with many of them had befriended him. They all return to reward Ash to show their eternal gratitude towards him.

Arceus

The original creator herself who first met Ash through a trip in time.
  • Big Good: She is the leader of the legendaries after all.

Hoopa

The mischievous dimension hopper. His gift is transporting all of Ash's Pokemon to Alola, even the released ones.

Zekrom

The Pokemon of Ideals who was the first Unova legendary Ash met. His gift is granting Pikachu the ability to use Fusion Bolt.

Xerneas

The Mews

The New Species Pokemon. They consist of three separate beings: the male from the events of Mewtwo Strikes Back, the female one from the Tree of Beginning, and a new female from Pallet Town that was watching over Ash. Their gifts are a variety of useful items such as TMs, a keystone, and Mega Stones. They also speed evolve some of Ash's Pokemon. The third Mew later decides to join Ash.

Uxie, Mespirt, and Azelf

The lake trio Ash saved from Cyrus. Their gifts are all based on what they gave to the world: Uxie grants the ability to understand Pokemon, Mespirt grants empathy powers, and Azelf grants mind control resistance. Azelf also joins Ash's team so his gift didn't feel underwhelming.

Kyogre, Groudon, and Rayquaza

The weather trio. Kyogre and Groudon's gifts are gifting Ash's Ground and Water type pokemon to use their signature moves.
  • Manchild: Kyogre and Groudon certainly act like this.

Yveltal

The Pokemon of death. His gift is the revival of Latios and Sir Aaron's Lucario.

Entei, Raikou, and Suicune

The legendary beast trio of Johto. Their gifts are all articles of clothing for Ash: a shirt that resists fire from Entei, a fang that resists electricity from Raikou, and a pair of ribbons that grant super speed from Suicune. Suicune also decides to join Ash's team.

Articuno, Moltres, and Zapdos

The bird trio from Shamouti that Ash rescued from being collected by Lawrence III. Their gifts are three orbs that contain a fraction of their powers.
  • With Friends Like These...: According to Azelf, the reason Lugia is so anti social is because he has to babysit these three who keep arguing all the time.
