While Kaiser is an accomplished business man compared to Phoenix being jobless and still lives with his parents, he retired early and is left with a lot of free-time...just like Phoenix. To drive it home, during their conference meeting Aoi points out to Kaiser that he might as well be a NEET with the schedule he has.

In Japan, "BL" is an abbreviation more commonly used for something else, which causes Phoenix to believe that they're coming after him after one quick google search.
