The embodiment of good is a prime example of SociopathicHero, who may suffer from BlackAndWhiteInsanity. They've even talked about how [[{{ChildrenAreInnocent}} childlike innocence]] is scary and troubling for adults. As for the bad guys, some have shown some soft spots, (or at least, [[{{HarmlessVillain}} aren't all that evil]]), but others are. The series has some serious mood swings to say the least.
