This review was published when the game was in v0.29 (most likely the final update, but mentioning just in case)
Theme: The GFRIEND K-pop group and attempts at bringing them back after disbandment. Various buyables and upgrades reference the theme well, but not too directly with song or member names.
Gameplay and core mechanics: At first there are no resets and you only gain money and popularity. You eventually unlock buyables that you can spent money on. The second row has GFRIEND songs which you can claim once you have enough money and Fans which are gained once you reset every 15 seconds (can be shortened), which come with their own upgrades, milestones, and buyables.
Balancing and difficulty: Slow and easy. The game does not require thought from the player at any point, but it relies a lot on timewalls (moments where the player has to wait a lot to reach the next progression stage with nothing to do), some of which take at least a few minutes.
Content on offer: Slightly less than medium. Beating the game should take two to three hours, with the last achievement adding at least another hour of waiting. Three decently sized layers and 84 achievements.
Polish and miscellaneous additions: The game has a full lore tab with two full chapters and a barely started one. No glitches, but the capitalization in achievement names is wonky ("is" should be capitalized when it's part of a title) and "Can't Handle that Much Songs!" should use "Many" instead.
The lore tab is a great addition and the concept is fine, but the game does not have particularly interesting mechanics and the already lacking content feeling too timewalled with no noticeable progression don't make it particularly enjoyable. Still, maybe it'll introduce you to GFRIEND whose music you'll enjoy, in which case, great!
