As my title says, this is the personification of everything wrong with the New 52 reboot (even though it is technically not part of New 52). Superman gets turned into an angsty drifter who drives a motorcycle and punches cops, Perry White and Steve Trevor inexplicably becomes a jerkass, and Lois Lane actually manages to make Silver Age Lois Lane look positively brilliant in comparison, and a neighborhood in Metropolis literally changes its name to "Kentville." Seriously.
I know that they are trying to reimagine Superman because DC's sales have been in the toilet for everything not Batman related, but man is this comic garbage. They turned a fun cultural icon and DC's second best character into a whiney drifter who fights an evil Mark Zuckerberg rip-off.
In the highly unlikely event that Dan Didio reads this review: In case you are wondering why DC is going town the toilet and Marvel is thriving, crap like this is why.
0/10 stars, this is a terrible comic. Also, I didn't like the art, but that is just my opinion.
