Unfortunately, your review has the opposite problem. It tells the reader nothing about the story, other than that you don't like it.

True. If you want more information, here goes: the story offers a nonsensically violent and vicious interpretation of its protagonist, Derpy Hooves, for no apparent reason other than to get a cheap laugh, at which it fails. Grim and dark interpretations of works that are light and sweet can be good, but not when they are grim and dark just to be cruel.

Let me begin by saying something nice about this story: it is short. Of course, making it shorter still would only improve it.
