...Also? This show is fun. It makes me giggle. The scenarios are silly, and that is part of what makes it fail as a serious police procedural, but as a sort of dark-ish comedy it’s charming. Jane and Maura playing baseball, running a marathon, scouting out a lesbian nightclub – it’s all pretty amusing stuff, and if you’re willing to take it in the spirit it was intended, it makes for a pretty easy hour.
