TD stories set in high school are nothing new, but Lord Akiyama knocks it out of the park with this one. All the 22 contestants are written fantastically here (although Ezekiel suffers from being a bit of a clone of Kobold Necromancer's frankly overrated and inaccurate interpretation of him) and get their time to shine; the humour and drama are great (I found the challenges to be a lot of fun and enjoyed many of the plotlines, especially Courtney and Harold's rivalry), and all 6 of the original TD couples are handled really well (as is the Ship Tease of other potential new couples). Heck, the only thing I don't like about this fic is how it was never completed (which is sadly the case with a lot of the author's great works).
