The Adventures Of Jimmy Neutron Boy Genius

Jimmy Neutron is an odd show. Not that the show itself was odd, but that its a hard show to tackle. So I will do so in parts:

The CGI: JNBG's CGI has aged surprisingly well, nothing falls into the Uncanny Valley, facial expressions are fluid and none of the characters motions seem stiff. Although being a CGI show it as a rather small number of animation models. the same five kids always seem to be in the background. But this doesn't hurt the show per say, it just get a little distracting during re-watches.

The humor: To be fair, the shows humor is rather sparse. Tending to hit you in several large punches instead of an episode-long laugh. Usually a joke comes out of nowhere rather than being seen a mile away. A major source of comedy is Sheen during his more eccentric moments. But all of the characters have a day in the limelight in regards to comedy.

The characters: JNBG didn't have a lot of characters, but those it did have were well fleshed out. At least in regards to the main cast. The side characters tended to be one dimensional.

So all in all, JNBG is a very good show, and it is a shame it didn't get at least one more season.
