Last good one

I don't think I'll break any Carry On fans' hearts when I claim that it's the last good one in the series. Perhaps there was an anticipated feel in the writers, thinking that Sid James was coming back which made it feel good, because England was written after he died, and it felt like the writers weren't trying anymore.

It's sad that Talbot couldn't write the last few movies; he could've saved grace for a little while, but in the meantime, the writer for this movie was as good enough as Rothwell.

Behind was a good film. The plot was in typical Carry On style — relatable and something that the audience would experience at one point in their lives. The gags were subtle and clever, and Elke Sommer's appearance here makes me feel like she's been part of the team for years, whereas Phil Silvers just looked awkward when he did Follow That Camel — and that had nothing to do with his health and state of mind, before you ask. But what can you expect from a famous Hollywood star?

There was more crudity and nudity than other Carry On films, but it didn't feel like it was purposely thrown in your face like other films that came after it. Would recommend to developing Carry On fans.
