This is a very good work, decontructing the idea that Felicity is madly in love with Oliver Queen and the ramifications it has on their lives and the lives around them especially considering what's coming with the Slade Wilson storyline. It has excellent characterizations of all of the characters and illustrates their weak points very well without bashing characters that aren't Felicity Smoak. That's one of the most excellent thing about it it. There is a female character that makes very questionable decisions, but they are decisions that are based out of her internal character and her past and there is no mindless girl bashing for the simple fact that she isn't the fan favorite, like Felicity. It also analyzes Oliver's feelings for Felicity in a realistic way, evaluating the cute guy/geek girl crush myth. And is a powerful commentary on girls saying "I don't love you." which doesn't happen enough in media.
