Great case-fic and great crossover. It's interesting seeing Nick try to carry on investigating with help from a partner, several expert civilian friends, and a superior officer who are in-the-know while having to come up with mundane explanations for everything he does and what he learns for the Criminal Minds team who probably wouldn't understand the whole Grimm/Wesen thing. It's gives us the chance to see his Grimm skills from an alt POV. Most of the characterizations are very good (Renard is a little fluffy compared to canon). The case is great and fits the style of both fandoms very well.
