Full Disclosure, I kinda hate Ravenclaw!Harry no matter what fic he's in. The writer inevitably uses him as a beating stick for anything they don't like about the series (which is always just about everything) and then turn him into a whiny moma's boy incapable of doing or resolving anything on his own. Which he, more or less, is here. Logic! in just about any Ravenclaw!Harry story is somehow a magic bullet that slays every prejudice, illegal activity and paints the world in rainbows and sunshine. Dumbloedore is invariably some kind of half-retarded blight on humanity and Minerva is the only thing keeping Hogwarts afloat. All of that happens here so you can understand why I'm kinda predisposed to dislike the story. It's cliched mary sue god-mode Harry/Hermione like every other Harry/Hermione fic ever written.
Which is why I say YMMV. Much of the fandom adores Harry/Hermione fics, want to see Harry get a power up, love mocking the wizarding world, detest Dumbledore and wish to see him given the Dementor's Kiss and aren't interested in the Coming of Age aspect of HP that Rowling began with. So a good portion of readers will like this story for what made me dislike it.
The fic avoids Draco in Leather Pants and Weasley the Death Eater Family by not having them play meaningful roles.
