The 'real' Pumyra is at worst a Woobie, Destroyer of Worlds. The version of her resurrected by Mumm-ra on the other hands, certainly counts.
EDIT: Put her post-revival form back on the page, with a qualifier that she was resurrected as little more than a revenge-obsessed specter and that the real Pumyra wouldn't count.

Rataro - why don't you think he evokes the magnificant bastard trope?
Just wanted to toss this out there before going and editing the page, but I don't think Pumyra qualifies for Complete Monster. Yes, she is extremely short-sighted, petty, manipulative, and vengeful, but she's not really 100% Grade-A EVIL. If anything, I'd say she's more of a victim of More than Mind Control; she died in despair, and Mumm-Ra took that and warped it to suit his own ends.
Any thoughts?
