I have removed Sosa and Hector from the list. They are not complete monsters: Sosa failed the heinious standards, was Affably Evil, well, he just used pragmatic villainy, and his attempt to want to kill the man in the car (sending Tony) could be considered only a Moral Event Horizon. I think Tony was very close to being one: mass murderer, possible incest, several people close to him hated him (including his own mother), he kills Many, until it was avoided because of its standards.
And speaking of Hector the Toad, like Sosa, also crossed the moral event horizon, therefore, not immediately becomes one.
