I got summarisation from the Hindsight Cleanup Thread regarding all of the hindsight examples. I need input from the others so that only the valid hindsight examples are on the page:

  • "In Tsu, Serilly accuses Arle of teasing her..." I don't get the connection other than bits of {{Flanderization.}} Cut.
  • "Mamono crying in Tsu over being Adapted Out..." No idea how this is hindsight. Sounds more like a simple gag. Cut.
  • "Not only did Kirby's Avalanche foreshadow the treatment that Nintendo's homegrown puzzle series would receive..." Dolled Up Installments are a dime a gross. Cut.
  • "One and/or two characters Tamaki Nakanishi had voiced are Yu & Rei..." Actor mortality. Cut. (I already cut)
  • "If players completed Schezo's story in 15th Anniversary..." Sounds like Character Development? Fence, leaning towards cut.
  • "Puyo Puyo shifting focus on multiplayer starting with the first arcade game was due to the rising popularity of Street Fighter II." Leaning towards cut as competitive multiplayer was common in arcades before SF 2. Unless Puyo Puyo has a fighting game themselves...
  • "Noting the aforementioned guitar playing Zombie..." Needs more than being a "rock zombie". Cut or add more context.
  • "Doppel was Put on a Bus after Puyo Puyo~n..." Connection is too loose. Cut.
  • "It seems that Puyo Puyo is not above pinching a few ideas..." Like every other company with every similar set of works. Cut.
  • "The very existence of Puyo Puyo Tetris qualifies..." Oh boy! Tetris is a popular franchise! Puyo Puyo is a popular franchise! In an age where EVERYONE is doing crossovers... let's put the two together! It has NEVER EVER EVER been done before! Cut.
  • "On Japan's side, there's several fanart pictures of Ringo with a more sinister and sadistic personality, tagged 'Poison Ringo'..." Common pun in Japanese. Cut.
  • "One of the light novel titles is 'Satan's Space Amusement Park'..." ZCE. Cut.
  • "A time ago, Dark Prince had a masked 'alter ego' named 'Masked Prince'..." Actor garbage. Cut.
  • "In Puyo Tetris, Act 8 involves Witch creating a show..." Way too much of a stretch. Unless Emma Watson also played a witch in "Beauty and the Beast" (which I don't think she did). Cut.
  • "Puyo Puyo!! Quest is a massive departure from traditional Puyo games..." Not hindsight. Move to Revisitingthe Roots.
  • "In the anime Neon Genesis Evangelion, an episode briefly showed miscellaneous SEGA products such as a SEGA Saturn and different games..." Leaning towards keep.
  • "Harpy was doing "4-wide" stacking before the Puyo Puyo Tetris meta made it cool." 'No. They're not even the same game (mode)! Cut. (EDIT: If Harpy does very similar things with Tetris pieces, go ahead and keep it. Otherwise cut.)
  • "Kira Buckland was cast as Love Freak Ally in Puyo Puyo Champions..." No connection other than Kira playing love freaks. Cut.
  • "The fact the first Puyo Puyo game on the Sega Genesis..." Too much of a stretch as Compile wrote many games for Sega since the first Puyo Puyo came out. Cut.

Is Nekomimi Schezo really moe enough to be described as such? I think Prince Salde/Archan/*insertanylittleandcutecharacterhere* deserves it more...

Remember that the trope is very opinionated. You may not see it, but someone else does.
