Do we have hard proof that this Mewtwo stinger is real? Because I've been following informations on this movie ever since it came out in Japan and nobody that saw the movie mentioned it, and you'd think such a big scene would've made much more of an impact instead of only surfacing after the movie came out in the West. I smell an urban legend with an easy way to cover itself, if you ask me.
Hide / Show RepliesYeah, nothing I find says that Mewtwo appeared in the film. Bulbapedia has nothing, and Dogasu's review said that The Stinger was just some text that said there would be another movie in 2018. Cut that Mewtwo stuff.
Should that reddit summary really be taken as fact? The Pokebeach summary didn't mention it at all. http://www.pokebeach.com/2017/07/pokemon-i-choose-you-movie-20-summary
It sorta feels like the 'Ultra Beasts destroyed the Gens 1-5 world' thing XD; We might have to wait for the dub to come out to fully get answers.
Edited by lalalei2001 The Protomen enhanced my life. Hide / Show RepliesFollowing the pokebeach summary, " recreating the legend in which Ho-Oh grants life to the dead.", in other words, at least the part about him dying and being revived is apparently correct following this summary. The part about he no longer aging? Really no.

If Pikachu talking is both All There Is To Know About The Crying Game and It Was His Sled, why it's still under spoiler tags? It's a bit contraddictory...
The best character is always the one-shot disguise.
