Agreed, The Scrappy has been heavily misused on this page. I've removed all The Scrappy entries for now because I'm not sure any of them warrant that label in the first place, and each one just looks like an individual troper's ranting rather than genuine representation of fandom reception.
Granted, I don't follow the show's fandom in-large, but I know Andy is far too universally popular (in fact, it might be Adam Levine's most well-regarded role) that he couldn't even qualify for Base-Breaking Character, and the Manny and Alex entries definitely seem easily contested and read like someone complaining about their personal most disliked character (I'd also argue Alex's reads like a Ron the Death Eater thing, given it accuses her of never suffering or growing as a character, which is definitely not true since she's shown to be cripplingly lonely, awkward, and regularly suffering comedic mishaps, and she became far less cruel in her snark as time went on).
The only character I think could possibly qualify is Dylan, and that's more a widespread Die for Our Ship than a genuine 'this character sucks' thing.
This page has plenty of issues. How can Manny be both a "Unpopular Popular Character" and a "Scrappy"? And how can Andy be a Scrappy and an EDH?
