I disagree that episode 312 "doubles down" on the sadness in episode 311 like the statement in "Recurring Element" says. Evidence for this stands in any of the scenes set in the new Italian restaurant, the "Spaghetti or Not" scene, the Girl Crush discussion, and Princess Carolyn reopening Vim as a management company. The only point against this however would be that Bo Jack attempts suicide for the second time on screen. Although in my opinion this is still light-ish because He fails, and the season ends with a beautiful scene which reminds him that life is worth living

Should we spoiler-tag examples relating to Herb rejecting BoJack's apology in "The Telescope", since the moment is a rather significant turning point in both BoJack's character arc and the show's progression (given it's one of the first sincerely dark, emotional and serious of the series)? Given how much of a shock the scene is delivered as, I think knowing what happens in this case ruins one of the most powerful moments of the show. Even the fact that Herb actually hates BoJack for betraying him isn't revealed until over halfway through the first season.
