In regards to the first, that may count, if you look at it as "the devs chose to have some TPs have randomly generated passengers some of the time". EDIT: Based on the trope definition though, I don't think so.
As for the second, as long as nobody posts a link to download the "official" fanfics that came in the X-Superbox, I think it's all right. If you're not sure, post a question in the X-Universe forum and see what the moderators say.

Okay, so no dev team thinking of everything. Though in Ego's defence, they probably did :P But anyway, as for the second, I don't know what "official" fanfics came with the X-Superbox, as I don't have them...but I will ask around the forums. I have two fanfics mainly in mind: those by Scion Drakhar, "From Nothing" and "Prodigal Son", his pirate Di D's in TC and AP.
What I meant was, no links to download the official PDF versions (I'm fairly sure that would break copyrights). Linking to where they were posted on the forums should be fine though.

count as The Dev Team Thinks of Everything ? Since it's almost impossible to get T Ps to bail, and when they do, they're empty. You can only get stuff in 'em with mods, AFAIK. And then two: Should we start adding a fanficrecs page to here? There are so many wonderful stories on the egosoft forums, more exposure is good, right? Or does Ego have a policy about that?
