Tough call. I'd say put it down for now. I'm using Skawo's walkthrough as a point of reference, so I'll wait and see if he mentions something after he completes World 5 (or I could leave a comment asking directly, I'll have to think about it).

I'm actually on Skawo's Discord, and he has said that the transition from World 5 to World 7 is intentional.

In that case, it can stay under Bonus Dungeon. Kinda makes sense since, unlike in Newer Wii, the final 2-3 worlds don't take place on another planet.
Should World 6 be considered a Bonus Dungeon? In the game, beating World 5-Castle automatically takes you to World 7, and you need to use World 5-Cannon to get to World 6.
