I don't think Demigra is a Majin, in the same sense as Majin Buu and custom Majins. This is likely a mistranslation, since the kanji for "Demon God" (魔神) is homophonous with the kanji in Majin Buu's name (魔人), which more literally means "Magic People".

I edited that in since other who data mined the game did reveal English lines, a few of which did seem to imply that Demigra was a Majin. Although maybe I was a bit hasty. I guess we will just have to see if the dubbed story does refer to him as such. Sorry about the hasty edit.
