Some of the tropes seem to think the ring wasn't necessary to break the curse, and mention it was a trick by Dracula. There's nothing in the story that mentions this. I presume this is a bit of Fanon that tries to justify why the ring counts as a body part, and why it didn't do anything. I've removed these mentions.
Removed the Batman Gambit, since it doesn't really fit. It wasn't really a plan based on how Simon would react, just a plan to weaken Simon and make it hard to resurrect Dracula to remove the curse.
Removed the bit about the poison marshes in Super Drowning Skills, since those aren't meant to be deep enough to drown in.
