Is "Colour coded for your convenience" applicable?

Good guys (police, legions and astral chain of player) are blue, astral plane, chimeras and corruption, "red shift", are all red. Neuron operatives, after heel turn, are all-black with red chains and red-black legions. The villain of the first part of the game (and her prototype legions and homunculi) are purple (aka the colour you get by mixing red and blue), which makes sense since she was actually trying to save humanity and stop the real bad guy all along.

That's more of a thematic use of colors, but it technically can count. I'm always used to that trope being applied to video game gear quality and telling who's a ally, neutral, or enemy (in general).
