Shouldn't this page be called "the Aughts?" While "ought" is sometimes used to mean nothing or zero, "aught" is far more common.

I added in notes about stuff in other countries, i.e. East Timor's liberation, same-sex marriage legislation worldwide (since acceptance of it mostly got rolling in this decade), and Australian television.
I am somewhat surprised that the section on 'Education/School' in the '00s has been marked exclusively for US info, though. What's with that?
