Hi! About the dates—I understand that they're an estimate, but several sources I've read have actually described the 1720s to be some of the most intense years of the Golden Age in terms of piracy, and I thought—if this was true—that the end date on this page of 1720 comes off as a bit misleading. So I wanted to bring this up because I don't want to cause an edit war on the main page, and I might be wrong (or have read misleading or overgeneralizing sources myself). Is a better end year estimate 1720 or 1730?

As the original author of the page, I have no issue with you changing the end year date; everything is an estimate, after all. But I am curious what your sources are. Every source I found when I was first researching gave me an end date of 1720.
