Pardon me for perhaps resurrecting an old and dead topic, but I just read something factually incorrect. This page makes the claim, "All characters can cast spells (though warriors do it badly)". I have a copy of Sen Zar right in front of me. (The correct spelling is as a single word.) That description is just flat out wrong.
There is a Warrior Profession Template on Page 58. There might be some confusion regarding a trait called "Semi-Pro Magic" which is part of this template, but it refers to how quickly the character develops a power attribute which is useful for RESISTING magic effects or loaning magic power to her spellslinging buddy. Like many of the other non-magic templates, the Warrior comes with no abilities for slinging spells.
