The Nice Guy entry finishes off with this sentence:

  • This is a big contrast to how many of the other NZT users act, though he still tends to lose his better judgement about respecting limits - oh.

What is the meaning behind his name that's being referred to with the Meaningful Name pothole? I'm sure there's something, but without any explanation, it sort of stands out to anyone not directly familiar with whatever it's referencing. If anyone reading this knows, it would make a sensible addition.

It's probably supposed to be referring to the show title as a Meaningful Name. He doesn't respect limits...one might say he's limitless.
