If there are enough elements unique to the UK version of the show to fill a sizable page, I don't see why not.

I don't think the article needs a character page considering the show is always focused on Ramsay and the contestants and we don't need a giant list of every contestant with the associated tropes since they are only in the show for one season.

American Idol has one, and those contestants are on for one season.
It won't be for every contestant, just the more notable ones (Dave, Heather, Petrozza, etc.)
But then wouldn't there be arguments over who is the more "notable" contestant? Some of the more notable contestants didn't even last 2 episodes in a few seasons.
