Under Broken Aesop: The episode on immigration starts out presenting the issues from the perspective of a family of legal Hispanic immigrants, but by the end there is a monologue that presents them as if they were illegal immigrants.

However, the episode clearly explains that they are legal but "abuela" lost her paperwork. The girl considers leaving the country over how unfair the system is even to legal inmigrants. I don't think there's a broken aesop here.

On the videos, does the background music totally remind us of The Sims 3?

Why was "various politicians" changed to "the Republican nominees"? With the exception of Trump, none of the Republican nominees got any more attention than Hillary or Bernie.

So basically, under Insane Troll Logic is this:

The show lampshades some of the pretty weird logic behind current cultural icons. Like how one scientist claimed that vitamins could cure cancer. Or how Kellogg's corn flakes and the Graham cracker were invented to be as bland as possible in order to suppress lustful instincts.

After the word scientist, there's a note button that reads "Linus Pauling, a double Nobel Laureate, who had a brilliant career until he went off the deep end and...". I don't see why we can't just combine that with the rest of the paragraph instead of putting it as a note. In my opinion, the paragraph could read:

The show lampshades some of the pretty weird logic behind current cultural icons. Like how one scientist, Linus Pauling, had a brilliant career until he went off the deep end and claimed that vitamins could cure cancer. Or how Kellogg's corn flakes and the Graham cracker were invented to be as bland as possible in order to suppress lustful instincts.

A previous troper wrote that the unnamed founding father in the episode "Adam Ruins Voting" was James Madison. If someone can actually find verification of that, feel free to revert it back to saying that James Madison was that founding father in that episode. Don't do it on a whim though. I think the show intentionally left that specific founding father in the episode unnamed since he was not portrayed in a good light. Even so, I doubt it was James Madison since James Madison was 10 years old when the Constitution was written, and the actor playing that character was clearly a grown man. James Madison is only considered a founding father by Sarah Palin, but then again she also thinks Paul Revere warned the British about the American soldiers... and that you can see Russia from her house.
