The tune to "Tick Tock Goes the Clock" does sound similar to "What Are Little Boys Made Of?", which was also the working title of the episode.
The Koopa the world forgot. So let me get this straight: the kid started being afraid of everything because he thought his parents were going to give him away because he was afraid of everything? I don't recall any time-travel powers being mentioned to enable him to do so, and no other traumatic event to trigger the fear before. What am I missing?
Hide / Show Repliesno, the kid slowly manifested being afraid of everything (things scare kids, it's normal) and then his parents started talking about him going away, which scared him further.
Other foreshadowing is the Doctor agreeing with George's fear of clowns (him not liking clowns is a plot point in episode 11).
the doctor says "in the flesh" as they go back in the tardis at the end of the episode, it would of been foreshadowing if it was episode 3 like they had originally planned.
Hide / Show RepliesI noticed it too, and it makes far to much sense to not be foreshadowing.
Someone please answer me. This episodes Ironic Nursery Tune packed an extra dose of scary for me, because I remember the tune from a rhyme from when I was a baby. My mother would sing to me a Hungarian nursery rhyme to help me sleep, and I can still remember the words. (Not in English though. I've never heard the song in English)
Did the Tune sound familiar to anyone else?
