Goal: Clear, Concise and Witty Hide / Show Replies
We pride ourselves on being a relatively out of the way nook on the internet. Only 3-4 members want this page, and none of us want the traffic from TV Tropes. We intend to continue protests until the page is deleted.
FE, from my understanding of the situation (There was recently a nasty review of the site from a banned member in ask the tropers, Richard's protests, the insulting original tropes, etc.) This is importation of drama, basically an article set-up to bitch about the community.

Dropped some material which read like a review / promotion of specific Fan Fics plus a bit of what looks like importation of drama from threads on another site. Also written as a note direct to editors: most readers aren't editors. Hopefully the remaining material is factual.
What needs to be done then is to fix the article and remove the drama.
Alternately, you can apparently just wait for Camacan to hit it with some Ninja skills.

Ok. This conflict is really confusing. Should I try to find more works with tropes what are originated from SB.com? Or should I just GTFO?
Possibly I'm being too twitchy but I didn't like the smell of several of those new tropes one little bit. Smelt like an attempt to have a go at the SB critics and fora. To restate the policy: we don't allow the importation of drama from other sites. Cut.

Richardson cutlisted it again, this time claiming it's for being a stub. Which, if I understand how the wiki defines "stub," it isn't; it has six tropes listed and nine wicks.
Richardson, if you think this is going to prevent the site from getting attention, you're wrong. Where practically nobody noticed the article before, it's now been seen by everyone who follows Ask The Tropers and the Cut List.

I can guarantee you that all this fuss is generating more attention to this page and the site. (This is how I discovered it.) If you don't think something on here is an accurate reflection then edit the content to fix that. If you think that someone's using this page to attack Spacebattles, then edit the offending entry and alert a moderator. Edit warring because you're unhappy that there's a page on the Internet about your forums isn't going to solve anything.

Richardson, You do not speak for all of us. You claim to be keeping riffraff off SB but all you are doing is making us all look like a bunch of assholes. We are no "out of the way nook" We have 13,000 active members and almost 70,000 accounts.

I cut the last sentence from your post. Don't import drama from other sites. Don't export drama from here to other sites. Resorting to personal attacks isn't helping this issue.
You do seem to be doing an excellent job of moving the drama around all by your lonesome, tombcannon.
If Spacebattles has a page, then why not make a page for Sufficient Velocity?
